- Kurt Angle is still scheduled to undergo arthroscopic knee surgery on February 11, 2014 despite what was taped for upcoming episodes of Impact Wrestling on TNA’s European tour. The surgery will be to repair cartilage tears and is expected to carry a recovery time of 6-8 weeks. There has been confusion as to whether or not Angle would be featured on the March 9, 2014 Lockdown pay-per-view due to the surgery and he can still be considered as doubtful for the show. As for Angle getting into an argument with “Big” John Gaburick over the booking of his character, as some reports suggest, Kurt told me himself that didn’t happen. - MVP debuted with TNA Wrestling on a handshake and hadn’t signed a contract as of Thursday. He told The American out of the United Kingdom that WWE was his goal and Japan was his dream.
