Richard Gray’s ALS “Ice Bucket Challenge” #StrikeOutALS

On Sunday, Wrestling News World Community Manager Jesse Sherwood published his ALS “Ice Bucket Challenge” here on WrestlingNewsWorld.com. For those unaware of the ALS “Ice Bucket Challenge,” it’s all about coming together in community to help put an end to amyotrophic lateral sclerosis also known as Lou Gehrig’s disease.

As part of Jesse’s challenge, he nominated myself, Alex Barie and Kendra Bunyon. I accepted his challenge and immediately donated to The ALS Association. While these are funny and getting a lot of attention, let’s keep in mind this disease is very serious and we can all be a part of creating a world without it.

You can watch my video at this link or embedded in the video below:

As you saw above, I have officially nominated Assistant Editor Brooks Oglesby, our Smackdown Writer Adam Wacker and our friend Bob Ryder from TNA Wrestling. Bob isn’t a fan of Wrestling News World but what a better way to “squash the beef” and come together in an effort to fight something very real and very devastating.

I humbly ask Brooks, Adam and Bob to help keep this going, submit a donation and post some videos. Let’s #StrikeOutALS for good!

Richard, I commend you for taking the challenge. I have personal witnessed a friend of mine go through this debilitating disease. It is not fun at all.
