This was pretty obvious following the prolonged chair assault to Big Show from Sheamus. The fact that there was a great deal of focus on the chair and with TLC being the next PPV makes this barely a spoiler.

Perhaps as this is a gimmick match it may be portrayed as more brutalising and tiring than a traditional match and therefore Dolph Ziggler may finally cash in, although I doubt that’s the case given his new program with John Cena. Having said that, Dolph could cash-in and Cena could get a title shot later in the night and win the title making Dolph a very brief transitional champion. That’s not a curve-ball I expect to see but it could happen as Vince has a very strange mind-set and Cena being hurt might make Vince think the best way to keep him on the road is to put a title on him, it also means he doesn’t have to worry about his number one guy having a title drought and it gets him out of the title picture with Punk where he is often just thrown in to matches and storylines to boost ratings. I’m also still waiting for a twist where the ‘John’ that AJ has been John Lauranitis. With the kissing at RAW that makes this look less likely – but AJ two-timing John Cena with John Laurantis would make for a much bigger storyline with Lauranitis returning with instant heat.

None of the things I mention above will happen as WWE creative lack any creativity or booking logic.
