Stardust is shown backstage, talking about something being within their grasp, but not being able to touch it. Goldust says he thinks he’s talking about the cosmic key. Stardust says he doesn’t understand, but they need to see it with their own eyes. Tonight they watch the stars, but very soon, they’re going to hear the names Goldust and Stardust.
Seth Rollins makes his way out into the arena. We get a recap of Dean Ambrose’s ambush on Rollins earlier tonight.
Rollins says since his opponent has been ejected from the building, he’s come out here to accept his victory via forfeit. He wants to be announced as winner, and he wants his hand raised. He’s announced as the winner of the match, and his hand is raised. Rollins’ music hits, and he holds his briefcase high overhead and celebrates his ‘win’.
Dean Ambrose is in from out of nowhere and he attacks Rollins, sending him crashing into the ringside barricade and out into the crowd. Ambrose fights Rollins in the crowd, but Rollins is able to turn things around, getting in a couple of shots on the way back into the ringside area. Rollins gets on the barricade, and Ambrose tosses him over on top of the Spanish announce table. Security is in, and they break things up, dragging Ambrose out through the crowd. Ambrose breaks free and gets in a couple more shots on Rollins. Triple H stalks down to the ring and pushes Ambrose away. Hunter tells security to get Ambrose out of his building. They begin to carry Ambrose out, but Rollins leaps on top of everyone from out of nowhere.
Ambrose is literally being carried out, but Rollins won’t let him get away, continuing to pursue him. Ambrose talks trash, and Rollins looks furious. Hunter picks up Rollins, and raises his arm. Rollins screams that he’s the winner before he and Hunter walk off to the back.
The announcers talk for a bit about Rollins and whether or not it was right for him to join the Authority, or count this as a win. Then they throw it to a video package that highlights the recent events between Bray Wyatt and Chris Jericho that have led up to the next match.
The lights in the arena go out, and Bray Wyatt lets Tampa know that they’re here. Bray, Rowan and Harper make their way out to the ring to a sea of lights in the darkness from fans holding up their cell phones.
Wyatt is still sporting a nasty looking left eye, which is varying shades of purple and yellow. Pyro hits and Chris Jericho is out next. Jericho gets a warm reaction, but it seems to die off pretty quickly.
Bray Wyatt vs. Chris Jericho
The bell rings and both men stare across the ring at each other. We get a lock up, and Wyatt backs Jericho up into the corner. Jericho turns things around, and eventually breaks. Wyatt charges and takes Jericho down with a knee to the gut. Jericho hits a couple of chops, but Wyatt shrugs them off and takes Jericho into the corner, choking him against the middle rope.
Jericho hits a high elbow to take Wyatt to the mat. Jericho chokes Wyatt on the middle rope for a bit, then kicks him, and chops him hard in the corner. Jericho hits another chop, then whips Wyatt across the ring. Wyatt pops out of the corner and clotheslines Jericho, wiping him out. Wyatt picks up Jericho and hits a high elbow to take Jericho down for two. Wyatt picks up Jericho and tries for a suplex, but Jericho turns things around, almost in the walls of Jericho. Jericho is distracted by Harper and Rowan, and that allows Bray to send Jericho to the mat, and stomp at his joints. Wyatt locks in a rear chin lock, trapping Jericho’s arm. Jericho is able to fight up to his feet and out of the hold, hitting a dropkick that sends Bray to the apron. Jericho hits a springboard dropkick from the middle rope that sends Wyatt crashing to the floor.
Jericho heads to the top rope and takes out Bray, along with Harper and Rowan who are checking on Wyatt on the floor. Jericho brings things back into the ring, but Harper grabs Jericho’s leg on his way back into the ring. The ref catches it and throws Harper and Rowan out of the arena.
Jericho stands on the apron while Harper and Rowan leave. Bray takes advantage and sends Jericho crashing from the apron out to the barricade on the floor. Bray kicks at Jericho’s head and stomps on his chest before bringing things back into the ring for a two count. Wyatt picks Jericho up and hits a couple of big right hands in the corner. Wyatt goes for a spear in the corner, but Jericho moves and Wyatt connects with the ring post. Wyatt ties to toss Jericho out to the floor, but Jericho lands on the apron, leaps to the top rope, and comes off with a double axe handle. Wyatt comes right back, botching a chestbreaker over the knee, then re-trying and hitting the same move for a two count. Bray clotheslines Jericho, but when he goes for the senton, Jericho gets his knees up. Jericho hits an enzugiri and goes for the pin, but only gets two.
Jericho drops a knee on Wyatt’s face, then heads to the top. Wyatt is up and he stops Jericho in his tracks. Jericho fights Wyatt off as Wyatt continues to climb the turnbuckles. Jericho pushes Wyatt off, but Wyatt comes right back, pulling Jericho out and hitting some sort of weird, crazy suspension chestbreaker out of the corner for two.
Wyatt sends Jericho into the corner, but then runs into a boot to the face. Jericho hits the bull dog, then tries for the lionsault, but Bray gets his knees up. Wyatt does the spider walk, then plants Jericho with a urunage that’s good for a near fall.
Wyatt slaps Jericho, then hits a splash in the corner. Wyatt is screaming at Jericho the whole time. Jericho comes back with a clothesline, and Jericho sends Wyatt crashing head first into the bottom turnbuckle. Bray goes to the outside. Jericho heads out after him on the apron, but Wyatt hits a DDT, sending Jericho crashing face first into the ring apron. Bray goes back into the ring and pins Jericho for two.
Bray tries for sister Abigail, but Jericho counters. Jericho tries for the walls of Jericho, but Bray fights it off and hits a running forearm. Bray gets another two count. Jericho hits a half codebreaker, and he pins Bray, getting the three count.
Winner: Chris Jericho
Rollins is shown backstage walking to the parking lot with his suitcase and security. Rollins is looking over his shoulder, and he finally says he doesn’t need security. Rollins sends the guards off. Rollins looks around nervously, and Ambrose climbs out of a trunk. Ambrose ambushes Rollins and tosses him into a car. Rollins tries to get away, but Ambrose won’t let him. Rollins gets into the car and peels out, speeding away. Ambrose walks around the parking lot.
