Former WWE Diva & Current TNA Knockout Ascends To Managerial Role Backstage In TNA Wrestling, The Big Change John Gaburick Wants To Make

John Gaburick has big plans for the Knockouts division in TNA Wrestling. We’re told Gaburick sees it as something that used to set the company apart from WWE and that it’s dwindled down to pretty much nothing over the years.

However, Gaburick is loaded down with responsibilities so he’s given Christy Hemme a lot of authority in terms of handling talent relations for the division. We’re told Hemme has been scouting new talent, is heavily involved in the screening process and reports straight to Gaburick to keep him abreast of the progress in revamping the division.

We’re told Hemme has received high marks for how she’s handled the managerial role and with all the cost cutting lately, expect more people to end up juggling responsibilities in different areas that would normally be covered by more than one person.

I can’t be the only one who laughed at the use of the word “abreast” in a Knockouts article. Freudian slip?

More sign of trouble. This is really all Yiddish for “we can’t afford to hire people to do the work. Let’s get people we already have working for us at a reduced rate to take on more work.”

What division, there’s only 4 or 5 women in the company and only 2 of them wrestle.
