WWE announced at last night’s Raw Supershow taping that their Hell in a Cell pay-per-view will take place from the Philips Arena in Atlanta, Georgia on Sunday, October 28, 2012.

Tickets will be available in an Internet presale beginning today at Noon EDT at this link with a password of ATLANTA.
