Second Report: WWE Raw/ECW House Show Results (12/29/08) - New York, New York

Wrestling News World reader Dave Laiosa sent the following report:
Sold out crowd at MSG in NYC, My seats were 3rd row from the ring; I sat behind the Met's General Manager Omar Minaya, and to the left of Ray Mysterio's Daughter.
The first match was Finlay w/ Hornswoggle Vs Mark Henry with Tony Atlas at ring side.
Winner Finlay.
After the match Finlay and Hornswoggle brought kids from the audience into the ring, Ray Mysterio's daughter was one of them as well as one of the kids with Omar Minaya. They ran around in a circle chasing each other and tried to do the Finley kick in the air.
Next match was Kelly Kelly & Melina vs Beth Phoenix and Miss Angela
Winner Kelly Kelly & Melina.
*Beth was by far the hottest Raw Diva, she looked in great shape and owned the match.
The Miz & Morrison vs Cryme tyme. For the WWE Tag team Championship. The Miz got Ton of Heat for trying to start a L.A. Chant after the crowd was screaming NYC.
Winner the Miz & Morrison
ECW Championship Match w/ Matt Hardy vs Jack Swagger.
Winner Matt Hardy
Santino Marella v Boogeyman.
No match. Boogyman scared Marella once he entered the ring and Marella left the match with Boogeyman following after dancing in the ring.
HBK vs Kane
JBL came out and got a ton of Heat for name dropping the Yankee's, Giants, and Rangers and saying how bad they all were. He then said Michaels was going to face Kane, Michaels tried to intervene and stop him but Kane was already coming out.
Winner Shawn Michaels.
Intermission
Ray Mysterio & Kofi Kingston Vs Randy Orton, cody Rhodes with Manu at ringside.
I could be wrong but I believe Randy Orton, Rhodes and Manu won with Rhodes pinning Kingston after interference from Manu, after ray was tossed out of the ring following a 619 on Orton and Rhodes.
Randy is in great shape, and Kofi really controls the crowd, all the little kids were doing his hand clap at the end of the match. Ray brought his daughter into the ring and carried her on his shoulders and kissed her.
Intercontinental Championship match with William Regal w/ Layla vs CM Punk.
William Regal retained the belt.
Layla flirted with the crowd the entire time, she fits perfect with Regal, at the end of the match she was jumping on the ring and grabbed her ankle as if she sprained it, no X was thrown up but she did limp back to the locker room.
STEEL CAGE MATCH FOR THE WWE CHAMPIONSHIP
John Cena vs Chris Jericho
The crowd was pro John cena, girls were flashing him and all the kids were screaming and trying to run up to the gates the entire match, standing on chairs, the security definitely had their hands full during the match.

Howard Finkle was the announcer for the night and noted that CM Punk had secretly signed 5 of his wristbands that were to be sold at the concession stands, you wouldn't know if you had an autograph until you bought the wristbands, when we were walking out a lot of booths had sold out signs next to his merch.
The Fink also mentioned they were selling Cena autographed pictures, and then handed the Mets Gm the pictures he was holding in the ring.
