Opening bout was a Battle Royal for who would get a chance at the title against Cena at the end. The match was won by Sheamus after pulling down the top rope with Mark Henry losing his balance & going over.
Then Paul Burchill d Hurricane Helms. Crowd was very pro Helms despite Burchill being English.
Evan Bourne d Chavo Guerrero - great match from start to finish. Shooting Star Press is amazing live.
The Miz d MVP.
Melina & Gail Kim d Alicia Fox & Jillian Hall in the Divas match. Great to see Jillian get to wrestle rather than sing. She's wasted in that gimmick.
Interval
Mark Henry d Chris Masters. Probably the most boring match of the night but highly amusing. Henry took a small kid out the audience when he was going back up the ramp & put him on his shoulder.
DX & Kofi Kingston d Legacy. Great match! DX on the mic cannot be beaten. Was a crack up listening to them when a butterfly kept floating into the ring & distracting them. I think every female fan (myself included) left with a smile on their face when Legacy's trunks got pulled down.
John Cena d Sheamus. Can't stand Cena. Never been a fan but he never fails to raise a reaction be it positive or negative. Good match & the place went mental when he hit the Attitude Adjustment. He got on the mic after the match to thank the fans for coming out & commented on how we were all there for the whole weekend on a holiday break & that coming to the UK & getting the sort of admiration the superstars get is like a holiday for them.
Can't wait for April. Already booked my tickets for RAW & Smackdown at Braehead in Glasgow.
