Can someone please tell me what in the hell is wrong with Nash?

Nash has been in Hall’s corner for many, many years. He’s borne witness to this whole thing. What we’ve read can only scratch the surface. Nash has *lived* it. Alcoholics lie…constantly; it’s part of the disease. I can forgive Nash quite freely for his “I’ll-believe-it-when-I-see-it” attitude.

As a former alcoholic i can confirm your right i would lie to anybody to get just a little money for drink and wouldnt get any help from docs etc but i kicked it myself after 2 years so scott can to

No such thing as a “former” alcoholic.

          • Nostaljack

Agreed. One can only call themselves a “recovering alcoholic”. Falling off the wagon is beyond common so you never get over it.

I agree with you. Nash has gotten “burned out” on the Scott Hall stuff. He has always stuck up for him in the past. I am old enough to barely remember Hall as far back as AWA. He had all the talent and charisma to have been a top draw on a longterm basis and have multiple world title runs in his career if he had been able to say no to drugs and alcohol. Not shitting on him, I was actually a fan of his, it just seems like such a waste of what he could have been in the business. It may sound like I am claiming more talent than most people would agree to him having but I remember him early on before he was banged up physically, mentally, etc. from his vices. By who he has as friends in the business alone, he had the political stroke to have went to the very top if he could have kept himself together.

And we should give 2 craps about Nash’s opinion because…

    • Nostaljack

Because he’s been burned repeatedly dealing with the failings of a friend who’s in the throws of a horrible disease.
