      Not last I checked, but his contract is no longer a performance one, he's now the "Director of Digital Media" or something like that. He's a low level executive… I think. So unless he was fired or quietly quit, he's still with the company. I'd wager that since he's not a performer anymore that he's allowed to have side jobs.
