Following the match, the Primetime Players were attacked by The Real Americans on the entrance ramp.

Zeb Colter gets on the microphone and begins to rip Cincinnati. He announces that they will be taking on Golddust and Cody Rhodes later on in the night for the WWE Tag Team Championship. Zeb promises victory and that Cincinnati will see a celebration like nothing else.

Up next was a Diva’s match between Aksana and Alicia Fox. this match was a fans choice where they had the option between a dance off or a wrestling match. The crowd voted for the wrestling match with 52% voting for it.

Winner of the match: Alicia Fox

Kane shoots a promo from the back shooting about the Big Show. He states that he understands they have a match later on, but will do what’s best for business.

Up next was the match between Xavier Woods and Brodus Clay. Clay comes out to new music and in new ring attire which is met with a mixed reaction from the crowd. He is also shooting off his mouth towards the crowd talking down to them. During the match, Brodus Clay continues to shoot towards the crowd causing major heat towards him by the end of the match.

Winner of the match: Xavier Woods

The Real Americans vs Golddust and Cody Rhodes is next. This match is for the WWE Tag Team Championship. This match didn’t have much action and had a hard time holding the attention of the crowd. There were some moments where the crowd got into it, but overall, it was a let down.

Winners and still WWE Tag Team Champions: Golddust and Cody Rhodes

Brad Maddox comes out to the ring to introduce and bring out Kane. Once Kane gets to the ring, he explains that due to unforeseen circumstances, Big Show is unable to attend. However, since Big Show is unable to attend, Kane wins by disqualification. Maddox goes on to say that since Kane was dressed and ready and looking for action, he has replacements in line for him. The lights go out and out come Luke Harper and Erick Rowan. Maddox tells Kane that he forgot to tell him that his new match will now be a 2 on 1 handicap match. This was a good match with a lot of action and the crowd really getting into it.

Winners of the match: Luke Harper & Erick Rowan

Up next is Sin Cara vs Alberto Del Rio

This match was a huge let down and didn’t feature as many high flying acrobats as people expected. When the match was announced as the performers came out, the crowd was buzzing expecting a high energy, high flying match. At the end, many were felt let down.

Winner via submission: Alberto Del Rio

Main Event: Randy Orton vs John Cena for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship

This was easily the best match of the night with both superstars giving an all out effort. The match featured many finishers from both superstars which kept those in attendance on the edge of their seats for the duration. The match ended when Randy Orton delivered a blatant low blow to John Cena in front of the referee. This causes Orton to hold on to the title.

Winner via disqualification: John Cena

Following the match, Randy Orton attempted to punt John Cena into the head, however was blocked and shoved into the ring post. This caused him to fall into Cena where he picked Orton up and delivered an Attitude Adjustment. This caused Orton to retreat to the back and send the crowd home happy.

Good write-up Richard. The Kane-Brad Maddox rivalry looking like a future choke-slam on Raw. Sounds like it wasn’t a great house show, though. Too bad. Cincy’s my hometown. How well was it attended there last night?

I submitted the report. The over all event was good. I was sitting in section 104. The issue with Brodus Clay and the reaction from the crowd is that it was a new get up and no one knew how to react at first. But once he started in on the crowd, they turned against him pretty quickly. The Cody Rhodes-Golddust vs Real Americans was sparse in the crowd reactions. Some areas were more into the match than others. Like Josh said, the main issue with the Sin Cara vs Del Rio match was too many botched spots and not enough action. They had a real hard time holding the attention of the crowd for that match. But, over all, the crowd was great.

Sorry, Jason, I didn’t realize until later that you were, in fact, the author of the post. It appeared differently earlier, or so it seemed, that Mr. Gray was the author. Thanks for the post.

I was at the show. Some of this write-up is misleading. The Cody Rhodes-Goldust vs Real Americans match was pretty good. I don’t know where the reader was sitting, but our area was pretty into the match. The issue with the Del Rio match was quite a few botched spots from both Sin Cara and Del Rio. It was a very good crowd though. They had the upper arena tarped off and was about 80% full on the bottom…not bad for a house show.
