WWE Live Results (2/8/14) – San Jose, California

Below are quick results from Saturday night’s WWE live event in San Jose, California:

* WWE Intercontinental Champion Big E Langston b. Ryback & Fandango in a triple-threat match to retain. Langston hit the Big Ending on Fandango and pinned him for the win.

* Curtis Axel b. Zack Ryder

* Cameron b. Aksana w/Alicia Fox. They tried a post-match beat down but Cameron hit a double clothesline and escaped.

* Rey Mysterio, Mark Henry & Xavier Woods b. the odd pairing of Alberto Del Rio, Antonio Cesaro & Jack Swagger. The babyfaces got the win when Henry hit the World’s Strongest Slam on Swagger. Zeb Colter explained prior to the match while they didn’t like Del Rio, they had to work together to get the job done.

* Darren Young b. Titus O’Neil. Titus tried to walk out on this one but Young brought him back. It was booked as Young stole the win with a roll-up.

* Bad News Barrett b. The Miz. The bad news is San Jose sucks and England is much better.

* WWE World Heavyweight Champion Randy Orton b. John Cena in a Steel Cage Match to retain. Orton hit a low blow and escaped through the cage door to win.

How things change from the raw with punk, bryan, and ryder as champions to only bryan with ryder barely a jobber. Sad.Bryan is only pushed because the fans stood behind him and turned a show upside down. WWE is crap. We need a viable second option and that is years and years away without a billionaire to back it.
