February 24, 2014 8:15 AM EST Update: WWE Network is now available for purchase.  The on-demand library is ready to go as I already have Wrestlemania 29 playing in the browser beside me.  For some reason I had to create a new WWE.com account but it didn’t take long.  End update.

February 24, 2014 8:29 AM EST Update: You can purchase gift subscriptions, however, they must be paid  for the year in full at $119.88 (which is $9.99 for 12 months).  My own subscription was only $9.99 but I had to consent to a 6-month re-bill.  The gifts I bought were paid at the former price as that was the only option.  End update.
