The backstage word on Carlito's release is that he did not fail an actual Wellness Test. Carlito reportedly showed up at Monday's Raw from the Air Canada Centre in Toronto, Ontario, Canada clearly under the influence of some type of substance. He met with officials at the taping and they deemed him "not capable" of performing. Apparently it was then that officials requested he enter a rehabilitation program to save his job. Carlito declined and was subsequently released.
