Class Action Lawsuit Filed Against WWE; Raven, Kanyon, & Mike Sanders Listed As Plaintiffs

Scott Levy (known professionally as Raven), Christopher Klucsarits (known professionally as Chris Kanyon), and Michael Sanders (known professionally as Mike Sanders) have filed a class action lawsuit against World Wrestling Entertainment. The suit indicates that the exact number of members of the Class are not known at this time, however, could include anyone that is currently or has been employed by WWE that were signed to a Booking Contract in effect at any time within six years of July 16, 2008.
The suit alleges that WWE improperly classified the workers throughout their tenure as "independent contractors". The suit includes counts against WWE of Breach of Contract and Unjust Enrichment. Plaintiffs are requesting compensatory damages and other relief as the Court deems just and proper.
