Hornswoggle, Evan Bourne & Santino Marella At FCW's Halloween Bash

** FCW Wrestling Halloween Bash with WWE's Hornswoggle, Evan Bourne and Santino Marella This Friday**
Punta Gorda, Fl – October 26, 2009
Things just get better for fans of Sports Entertainment in the Punta Gorda area. Florida Championship Wrestling - the only developmental territory of World Wrestling Entertainment - is returning to Punta Gorda on Friday October 30th at the Charlotte Harbor Event Center. The first time the FCW appeared in Punta Gorda, then world champion CM Punk appeared. Following up on that, the immensely popular Santino Marella showed up at the September show for an autograph session. Well this time, FCW has really pushed the boat out because not only is Santino returning, but he is bringing his good friends, WWE Superstars EVAN BOURNE and HORNSWOGGLE along for the ride! All three WWE Superstars will complete a pre-show autograph session before donning their ring gear and competing in match ups later in the night!
In the main event of the evening, WWE Raw Superstar, Evan Bourne will be taking on FCW Heavyweight Champion Justin Angel in what is sure to be a jaw-dropping spectacle. Both men are known as high-flying daredevils and this match up is sure to leave fans amazed by the athleticism on display.
In a special attraction match up, WWE Raw Superstars Santino Marella and Hornswoggle will be teaming up with the ever popular Skip Sheffield in a huge 6 man tag team bout! The trio will be taking on the unit known as The Dude busters - FCW’s very own maturity-challenged faction of Trent Beretta, Caylen Croft and their ‘new best friend’, WWE Smackdown Superstar Curt Hawkins. In what is sure to be an immensely entertaining affair, it will be interesting to see how the 6 personalities involved in this match will co-exist for long enough to get the three count!
Fans can enter the first ever FCW costume contest to win loads of prizes. Entrants will be required to dress as their favorite Sports Entertainment Superstar, past or present, FCW or WWE. The competition will be hosted by ECW Superstar Abraham Washington and will be judged by the inimitable Hornswoggle! A cash prize is on offer for the best-dressed entrant, so get working on your costumes now!
In addition to all of the above, as well as a full card of action, the beautiful FCW Divas will be on hand to provide free face painting and temporary tattoos for fans 12 and under. Of course, the divas will also be competing in what is sure to be a thrilling mix of beauty and athleticism.
FCW will be performing live at the Charlotte Harbor Event and Conference Center in Punta Gorda, Fl., on October 30th 2009. Tickets are priced at $15 for adults and $10 for children (general admission), and $30 for Golden Circle tickets (front two rows and first access for the Santino Marella, Hornswoggle and Evan Bourne autograph session). Doors open at 6pm for Gold Circle Tickets and 7pm General Admission. Bell time is 8pm. Tickets are available from Buddy’s Home Furnishings outlets in Port Charlotte and North Fort Myers, as well as directly from the Charlotte Event Center Office. In addition, tickets can be bought via the www.fcwwrestling.info website. Card subject to change.

ABOUT FCW: For nearly half a century, Florida Championship Wrestling has been the Sunshine State's primary wrestling promotion. Now officially sanctioned and recently reorganized by WWE, FCW has also become the training ground for future WWE Superstars.

ABOUT EVAN BOURNE
Evan Bourne is a high-flying ring technician whose fast-paced intensity is quickly making him a force to be reckoned with throughout WWE.
While growing up in St. Louis, it was Superstars such as Bret Hart, Dean Malenko, Rey Mysterio, and Eddie Guerrero that first instilled in young Bourne a desire to make audiences feel the way he did while watching them.
Later, he became a hardcore ECW fan, admiring such greats as Tazz, Sabu, and RVD. And it was while traveling to ECW events that he captured his first taste of the live, unbridled sports-entertainment intensity that he would never let go of.
Bourne started training to be a professional wrestler at 17 years old. Before long, he had become the first person under the age of 18 to be licensed to wrestle in state of Missouri. It was during his very first match, while connecting with a difficult moonsault, that a familiar feeling washed over him and left no doubt in his mind that he was doing what he was meant to do.
While, continuing to learn all he could about the business, Bourne attended college, earning a degree in marketing from the University of Missouri-Columbia. He went on to become the vice president of sales and marketing for a small mailbox company in St. Louis. But, during his time, his company allowed all the time he wanted to travel and train. They knew, as did he, that his destiny lay in the ring.
Bourne’s quest to join WWE eventually took him all over United States, Europe and Japan. During this time, he became very accomplished, winning several honors including St. Louis’ Wrestler of the Year in 2006 and Move of the Year in 2007 for his Shooting Star Press.
In 2008, Bourne blasted onto the ECW scene, giving the WWE Universe an exciting combination of Mexican, Japanese, and American training styles that has made him both a dangerous high-flyer and a sound ground technician.
