Six-Pack Challenge for the WWE Championship
- Sheamus (c) vs. Wade Barrett vs. Chris Jericho vs. Edge vs. Randy Orton vs. John Cena

Title Unification Lumberjill Match for the WWE Women's Championship & WWE Divas Championship
- Layla or Michelle McCool (c) vs. Melina (c)

WWE Night of Champions 2010 will take place Sunday, September 19, 2010 from the Allstate Arena in Chicago, Illinois.
