Prior to last night's WWE tapings at the Roanoke Civic Center in Roanoke, Virginia, Natalya took on Rosa Mendes in a dark match. According to my live correspondent, the match was rushed with a quick finish. He was under the assumption it was due to blood being drawn. However, Wrestling News World reader Robbie Croy said it was due to a wardrobe malfunction. He sent the following:
Just wanted to pass along the news. I was at the Smackdown Taping in Roanoke, Va last night. There was a Dark Match between Rosa Mendes and Natalya. I had seen reports that Rosa was injured but that did not seem to be the case. Later in the night she accompanied Tamina to the ring again (not sure if it was for a Superstar match or Smackdown transition) and she was moving around fine and dressed differently. The dark match did end very shortly with the ref calling for the bell giving the win to Natalya for no apparent reason. Rosa had her arms covering her chest and was quickly moving to the back with a lot of the male fans cheering at ringside. During this time it seemed like they were trying to keep the focus on Natalya as she acted overly excited about the win as if trying to keep the fans attention away from Rosa. The Roanoke Civic center staff we overheard saying she had a wardrobe malfunction.
