- Melina retained the WWE Women's Championship against Beth Phoenix in a dark match prior to tonight's No Way Out pay-per-view from the Key Arena in Seattle, Washington.

- WWE No Way Out 2009 just went live on pay-per-view. We are currently being shown an opening video package, recapping tonight's feuds.

The pyros explode as we're live in the Key Arena in Seattle, Washington. Jim Ross gives us the formal welcome as the Road to WrestleMania continues. JR said it's a sellout but didn't announce the official attendance.

Undertaker vs. Triple H vs. Big Show vs. Edge (c) vs. Jeff Hardy vs. Vladimir Kozlov
WWE Championship Elimination Chamber Match

The Undertaker's music plays as we're opening with the WWE Championship Elimination Chamber match. The Undertaker is the first participant to ringside with his extravagant entrance. Big Show is out next as a participant in the WWE Championship Elimination Chamber match. Vladimir Kozlov is the third participant to ringside. Triple H is the next participant to come out. Triple H spits water on Big Show who is locked in one of the cages in the Elimination Chamber. Jeff Hardy is out next. Two superstars start the match, every five minutes, another participant is released. Huge pop for Hardy as expected. WWE Champion Edge is the last participant to ringside. Edge comes out with the title around his waist, in red tights. It will be Edge and Jeff Hardy starting it out. A third man will join at random in five minutes.Hardy starts to kick away at Edge and follows with right hands. Hardy initiates a quick pace, taking Edge down to the mat. Edge immediately begins to counter, taking Hardy down. 'Hardy' chants from the crowd as Edge gets a two count on Jeff. Edge whips off the ropes to mount offense and follows with a two count. Edge follows up his assault on Jeff Hardy by bouncing his head off the turnbuckle. Right hands from Edge.

Loud Hardy chants as he counters with a hurricanrana and an inverted atomic drop followed by a low dropkick. Hardy attempts Twist of Fate but Edge blocks, Hardy hits on the second attempt. Swanton attempt from Hardy, nobody home off the top rope. Edge goes for the spear but is rolled up by Hardy. Edge is eliminated. A new champion will be crowned tonight. Edge is forced to go to the back. His WWE Championship reign is over 18 minutes into the pay-per-view. Jeff Hardy is in, Vladimir Kozlov is buzzed in. Kozlov takes out Hardy, mounting tons of offense. Hardy counters and goes off the top rope with a double sledge. Kozlov counters, sending him down to the mat. Kozlov throws Hardy off the Elimination Chamber. Kozlov picks Hardy up and bounces him off the Elimination Chamber repeatedly. Kozlov hits a fall away slam followed by a two count. Kozlov picks Hardy up and sets him up on the top rope. Kozlov hits Hardy with high kicks to the midsection. Kozlov picks Hardy up and hits another fall away slam. USA chants from the crowd. Kozlov rolls Hardy up for a two count. Kozlov picks Hardy up and sets him up on the top rope. Kozlov hits Hardy with high kicks to the midsection. Kozlov picks Hardy up and hits another fall away slam. USA chants from the crowd. Kozlov rolls Hardy up for a two count. Backbreaker from Kozlov onto Hardy followed by a two count. Kozlov locks in a waist lock on Hardy on the mat. Crowd behind Hardy. Hardy battles back with stiff right hands but whips off the ropes into an elbow of Kozlov. Kozlov connects to the sternum of Hardy. Kozlov picks Hardy up and goes for a slam but Hardy counters with a dropkick. Feet to the face of Vladimir Kozlov from Hardy. Hardy regroups in the ring.

Two count for Hardy on Kozlov. Kozlov sends Hardy into the turnbuckles but he counters with Whisper in the Wind. Big Show is buzzed in. Big Show goes to work on Jeff Hardy, throwing him to the mat. Big Show steps over the chest of Jeff. Big Show throws Hardy into Kozlov. Kozlov goes into the sternum of Jeff Hardy. Big Show picks Hardy up and hits a right hand to his midsection. Kozlov connects with knees on Jeff Hardy. Big Show and Kozlov stand above Hardy. Big Show picks Hardy up and powerslams him down. Kozlov picks Hardy up and slams him down. Big Show and Kozlov stand over Hardy. Big Show picks Hardy up by the hair, Hardy counters with right and left hand blows. Hardy takes out Kozlov but runs into a Big Show headbutt. Kozlov works over Hardy followed by Big Show picking him up and hitting clubbing blows. Hardy is down in the ring as Big Show and Kozlov look on. Big Show picks Hardy up and throws him into the turnbuckles. Big Show chops away at Hardy. Out of nowhere, Kozlov takes Big Show down. Big Show and Kozlov lockup, Kozlov takes Show down. He gets up and they exchange physical blows. Both go for an advantage. Triple H is buzzed into the match. The Game goes after Big Show with right hands. Show tries to counter but Hunter gets the best of it. High knee from Triple H to Kozlov. Big Show and Triple H go at it. Spinebuster by Triple H on Big Show. Jeff Hardy goes after Hunter but walks into a clothesline. 'Triple H' chants from the crowd as he bangs Kozlov's head off the cage. Kozlov counters but walks right into the turnbuckles. Pedigree attempt on Kozlov but Big Show gets in the middle, taking out Hunter. Big Show hits a headbutt on Triple H and backs him into the corner.

Kozlov is working with Hardy, Big Show hits a slide slam on Hunter followed by a two count. Kozlov drops an elbow on Hardy, Big Show works with Hunter in the corner. Hunter is on the mat, falling victim to Big Show. 'Undertaker' chants from the crowd as Big Show goes for a chokeslam on Hunter. Triple H battles out but ends up getting slammed over Big Show's head in a military press. Kozlov continues to work with Hardy, in control. Big Show bounces Triple H off the Elimination Chamber twice, Hardy tries to attack him but Big Show rams Hardy into the Game. Big Show goes for a splash on them both but they get out of the way. Hunter and Hardy hit a double superplex on Kozlov. Hardy hits Whisper in the Wind on Triple H. Undertaker is buzzed in. Undertaker receives a huge ovation as he takes out Big Show then Vladimir Kozlov. Snake eyes on Kozlov. Undertaker goes to work on Triple H then Hardy. Undertaker grabs Hunter and Hardy by the throat, kicks Kozlov, but Big Show breaks it up. Undertaker goes off the ropes and hits Big Show with a shoulder block. Undertaker attempts an old school rope walk on Triple H but ends up taking out Big Show. Now Taker ring walks with Hunter. Takes him out as it was a DDT Undertaker hit on Big Show. Undertaker takes out Jeff Hardy but Vladimir Kozlov attacks The Undertaker. Kozlov has Undertaker in the corner, he's on top of him pounding away with right hands. Undertaker counters and powerbombs Kozlov with the Last Ride. Kozlov is eliminated by The Undertaker.

Big Show chokeslams Undertaker. Triple H attempts the pedigree but Big Show counters. Big Show picks up Jeff Hardy and throws him into Triple H in the Elimination Chamber. Big Show goes to work on Hunter with a headbutt. Show throws Hunter into the Chamber. Hardy climbs up the Elimination Chamber but Big Show hits a blow and follows. Show works with Hardy on the top rope. Undertaker is now involved. Undertaker superplexes Big Show off the top rope in an awesome spot. Hardy is still on top of a cage in the Chamber. Pedigree on Big Show from Hunter. Swanton on Big Show from Hardy, Hunter gets the pin. Big Show is eliminated. Triple H goes to work on Undertaker with stiff right hands. Undertaker throws Hunter into the corner and then into the steel. Undertaker goes to work on Jeff Hardy. Old school rope walk from Undertaker on Jeff Hardy, Triple H knocks The Undertaker off. Hardy whips off the ropes, jumps over Undertaker and catapults into Triple H. Out of nowhere Undertaker hits the Tombstone on Hardy and gets the three count. We're down to Triple H and Undertaker. Jeff Hardy is eliminated. We're down to Hunter vs. Undertaker. Undertaker takes Triple H down to the mat first. Undertaker bounces Triple H's face off the top turnbuckle and follows with right hands. Headbutt from Undertaker onto Hunter. Undertaker sets Triple H up in the ropes. He charges but Triple H moves out of the way. JR says Undertaker may have ripped a hamstring. Triple H bangs Undertaker's head off the unforgiving steel.

Triple H goes off the top but into an Undertaker chokeslam. Two count and a near fall for The Undertaker on The Game. Undertaker throws Triple H into the turnbuckle. Snake eyes on Triple H but out of nowhere he counters with the spinebuster. Two count for Hunter. They're working on the apron. Triple H throws Undertaker in the steel then attempts a Pedigree. Undertaker counters and catapults The Game into the steel. They exchange control but Taker hits the Tombstone. Cover but Triple H gets his foot on the bottom rope. Triple H hits the Pedigree on Undertaker and gets a two count! What a match! Triple H and The Undertaker work in the corner. Triple H lands some right hands, Taker counters. They exchange blows back and forth. Undertaker ends up taking Triple H down to the mat. Triple H throws Undertaker in the corner and hits right hands. Undertaker counters and goes for Last Ride. Triple H counters and hits the Pedigree. Three count for Hunter.

Winner & new WWE Champion - Triple H

It's his 13th reign.

Richard Reacts: That was a fantastic match to open the show. It's going to be hard to follow as there was good work by everyone involved. I was surprised at how early Edge was eliminated but we we're told WWE could do a title change in this bout. Triple H will walk into WrestleMania as the WWE Champion the question is who will be his opponent?

We're backstage with Edge complaining to Vickie Guerrero about what just happened. Vickie tells Edge it's his fault he lost. Vickie immediately apologizes.

We're backstage with Randy Orton. The Legend Killer calls out Shane McMahon, tells him to listen up. He asks him how his father is. Orton says he's probably home from the hospital now propped up with his wife Linda by his side. He said they're probably praying their son will avenge him. Orton says for the first time Vince McMahon will be helpless and watch his only son helpless as he takes Shane apart piece by piece. Orton says his father will try to turn away, hoping that the carnage will stop but it won't stop until he has destroyed the entire McMahon family. Orton says he will make his legacy at the expense of his. Shane says after it's all over, he and his father can watch as he takes his place in the main event at WrestleMania.

Randy Orton vs. Shane McMahon
No Holds Barred Match

The following match is a No Holds Barred Match. Orton is out first. Shane McMahon's music plays as he's out next. The bell rings and we're underway. Shane hits Randy with a stiff right. Orton checks his lip and proceeds. Shane hits another stiff shot. Shane's punches already look much better. Orton beats down Shane to the mat with stiff right hands in a counters. Orton looks very confident pounding the face of Shane. Shane counters with stiff rights. Shane ends up sending Orton to the outside as he hits a baseball slide on Orton on the outside. Shane goes to the outside and gets a table from under the ring. Shane kicks Orton and grabs a trash can. Shane sets the trash can in the ring. Orton counters when Shane tries to pick him up. Orton takes Shane out on the outside. Orton charges at Shane, sending his back into the side of the ring. Orton rolls Shane into the ring. He picks up his arm and kicks away at his midsection. Back body drop from Orton onto McMahon. Orton exposes the top turnbuckle. Orton sends Shane back first into the exposed turnbuckle. Orton kicks away at Shane, sending him to the outside. Shane hits Orton with a kendo stick from the outside. Shane gets in the ring and hits Orton several times with it. Shane continues to use the kendo stick as the great equalizer as he sends Orton to the outside. Shane hits a blow on Orton on the outside as he strips down the SmackDown announce table.

Shane hits Orton with the monitor in the head. Shane sets Orton up on the announce table. Shane gets back in the ring. Shane's going to the top. Wait a minute, Ted DiBiase and Cody Rhodes are in the ring. They work over Shane in the ring. Rhodes gets a chair and inadvertently hits DiBiase. Shane goes on the offensive as Stephanie is shown watching from the back. Shane puts the trash can on Cody Rhodes. Shane hits the coast-to-coast by landing his feet into the garbage can on Cody Rhodes. The crowd loves it. Cody goes to the top of the ropes again, going for Orton on to announce table. Shane goes off, but Orton moves. Shane goes through the SmackDown announce table. Orton gets in the ring with Rhodes and DiBiase. Orton tells DiBiase to get Rhodes out of the ring and make sure he's OK. Orton is busted open, bleeding from the forehead. Orton's attention is completely on Shane McMahon. Orton hooks Shane in and hits a DDT. Orton gets a few two counts on McMahon. Orton is frustrated. Orton pulls a table into the ring. Orton sets it up in the ring. Orton attacks Shane from behind. Orton hits Shane with right hands on the top turnbuckle. Orton goes for a superplex on Shane through the table. He connects! Orton and Shane are both in pain. Orton goes for the cover, he gets a two count. Orton throws Shane into the table in the ring. Orton stomps Shane in the ring and into the mat. Orton drops a knee to Shane's ribs. Orton goes for a cover, he gets a two count. The crowd cheers for McMahon as Orton is bloody. Orton goes for the punt but McMahon counters with a spear. Both men are down in the ring.

Shane reaches for the steel chair in the ring. Orton is down. Shane picks it up and connects with a huge shot on Orton's back. Orton sells in the ring. Shane hits another to Orton's ankle. Shane hits another and another chair shot. Orton is pleading with Shane as he stands above him. Shane goes for the knockout as Orton pleads. The crowd gets hot as Shane hits it. Shane sizes Orton up on the mat. Shane teases a punt to Orton's head but gets caught in the RKO. Orton covers him for the three count.

Winner - Randy Orton

Richard Reacts: Shane looked awesome. I'm going to put him over because he worked as good as anyone and is not a regular in the ring. Decent hardcore match, not a lot of out of the ring action but very stiff and physical. Orton won without any interference even though Cody Rhodes and Ted DiBiase played a role in the bout.

Orton gets out of the ring with Shane laid out in the middle.

Jack Swagger vs. Finlay
ECW Championship Match

The following match is for the ECW Championship. The ECW Champion, Jack Swagger, comes out to the ring first. Finlay is out next with Hornswoggle. Marty Elias calls for the bell and we're underway. This match is for the ECW Championship as the two lockup. Finlay takes Swagger down and locks in a submission hold. Finlay utilizes his physical style to work over Swagger. Finlay locks in a leg lock on the ECW Champion. Finlay kicks him to gain opening control. Finlay corners Swagger in the corner. Swagger gets out of the way as Finlay tries to attack him. Swagger attacks Finlay with high knees. Swagger works over the arm of Finlay. Swagger picks Finlay up and drops him down for a two count. Swagger works the arm of Finlay with a submission hold. Swagger works the arm of Finlay to the point where he pins his legs down. Swagger counters Finlay then works his arm. Swagger continues to work the arm of the Challenger. Swagger hits Finlay with clubbing blows before dropping him for a two count. Swagger sends Finlay into the corner and connects on high kicks. Finlay plays possum in the corner to the point where he is able to roll up the ECW Champion for a two count and a near fall.

Swagger sets Finlay up on the top turnbuckle. Finlay counters and hits Swagger with his physical offense. Finlay sends Swagger down to the mat as he goes to the middle rope. Finlay goes off cross body for a two count. Finlay takes Swagger down, mounting a lot of offense. Finlay whips Swagger into the corner then picks him up. Swagger counters as Hornswoggle is knocked off the apron. Swagger hits his finisher and gets the three count on Finlay.

Winner & still ECW Champion - Jack Swagger

Richard Reacts: Good short match. Swagger has a lot of potential and if he can improve his mic work to be on par with his ring work, he'll be a superstar for years to come.

We're shown an image of Shawn Michaels putting his cowboy hat on backstage. Lawler and Cole say that Shane has been coming in and out of conciseness since his match.

Shawn Michaels vs. John "Bradshaw" Layfield
"All or Nothing" Match

JBL comes out first as we are shown a camera shot of Shawn's wife Rebeka. Shawn Michaels comes out to a tremendous pop from the live crowd. Prior to the match, Shawn walks over to his wife and stares at her. The referee calls for the bell as we're underway. Bradshaw locks up with Michaels as he backs him down into the corner. JBL talks trash to HBK as he locks up with him again. JBL backs Michaels up into the corner. The referee calls for the break. Michaels unloads on Bradshaw with lefts and right. JBL goes to the outside to regroup. Michaels goes to the outside and clubs away at JBL. A chair is involved but not used. The fight goes back to the inside as 'HBK' chants come from the crowd. Michaels hits a backslide on JBL. JBL counters and goes off the ropes into an elbow drop. Shawn counters and locks in the Figure Four on JBL. JBL grabs the ropes and HBK has to break at the count of five. Crossface from Michaels but JBL counters and gets a two count. Michaels hits JBL in the face but JBL counters and eventually sends Shawn out to the floor. JBL goes to the outside to work with Shawn. He rolls him back in to hit his elbow drops. Michaels kicks out in a two count. Clothesline from hell from JBL. Another two count.

JBL works Shawn over with right hands in the corner. JBL kicks Shawn in the face in the corner. Bear hug from JBL on Michaels as he works his back. JBL places pressure on Michaels in the hold. Michaels counters with right hands followed by chops. Swinging neckbreak from Michaels onto JBL. Inverted atomic drop from Michaels onto JBL. Michaels backhand chops JBL. JBL sets Michaels up on the top rope. JBL follows and goes for a superplex on the middle rope. Michaels hits right hands. HBK knocks her off to the mat. Michaels goes off the top with an elbow but JBL gets out of the way. JBL hits the clothesline from hell on HBK followed by a two count. JBL whips off the ropes and hits another clothesline from hell. JBL knocks Michaels to the outside. The referee starts the count out. At 9 Michaels gets back in. JBL throws Michaels over the top rope. JBL follows him out. A camera shot of Shawn's wife is shown. JBL assaults Michaels but Rebecka hits JBL. Michaels rolls JBL back in the ring and take his out vintage style. HBK hits the elbow drop off the top rope. The crowd is unglued as Michaels dials up Sweet Chin Music. Michaels connects followed by the three count.

After the match Shawn grabs Rebeka and gives her a case. Michaels is ecstatic.

Richard Reacts: Good match but a surprising outcome. From what I heard, I didn't think Shawn would go over clean but a lot of good in-ring work. The crowd was very much into it which always makes for a good bout.

We're backstage with Todd Grisham. He is joined by Chris Jericho. Grisham tells Jericho he is about the enter the Elimination Chamber and asks for his thoughts. Jericho says he is going to walk out as the new World Heavyweight Champion. Jericho says when he does win he is going to challenge Ric Flair to come out of retirement and become the 17 time world champion. Jericho says he isn't serious about that but he is serious that he is going to win tonight. Jericho says he is going to prove why he was the Superstar of the Year in 2008 and will be the Superstar of the Year in 2009.

Kane vs. Kofi Kingston vs. Rey Mysterio vs. Chris Jericho vs. John Cena (c) vs. Mike Knox
World Heavyweight Title Elimination Chamber Match

The WWE World Heavyweight Champion John Cena comes out first. Mike Knox comes out second. Kane is out third. Kofi Kingston comes out next. Edge interrupts Kofi's entrance and goes to work on him. He gets a chair and hits him over the head with it. Rey Mysterio runs out to check on him. Mysterio calls for help from the back. Edge gets in one of the cages, Mysterio tries to get him out of there. Meanwhile, Chris Jericho's music plays as he is out to the ring next. They're doing an injury angle, eliminating Kofi from competition by carting him out. Edge is locked in the Chamber, it looks like he's competing in this match. It's Jericho and Mysterio starting things out. The bell rings and we're underway. They lockup. Mysterio and Jericho circle one another. Jericho applies a side headlock. He takes Mysterio over and applies a side headlock on the mat. Jericho takes Mysterio down to the math with a mixture of boos and cheers from the crowd. Mysterio counters with high kicks. Mysterio his a hurricanrana and goes for the 619 but Jericho moves. Mysterio takes out Jericho with some offense.

Mysterio puts Jericho back into the ring and follows up with right hands in the corner. Mysterio takes a hard bump head first into the corner. Jericho picks Mysterio up and superplexes him to the mat for a two count. Jericho applies a submission hold on Mysterio on the mat. Jericho counters on Mysterio, dropping him over the top rope onto the cage of the Chamber. Jericho catapults Mysterio to the Chamber. Mysterio hits a high flying attack on Jericho, sending him to the mat for a two count. Mysterio works over Jericho with right hands. Jericho face plants Mysterio on the mat. The timer expires and Kane is buzzed in. Kane stares down Edge as Jericho jumps on his back. Kane takes out Jericho then Mysterio with a side slam followed by a two count. Kane works over Jericho in the corner with right hands. Kane takes down Mysterio and gets a two count. Jericho works on Kane in a counter. Kane connects on right hands to Jericho, sending him over the ropes and onto the Chamber where the apron is. Kane continues to work him over with stiff boots. Mysterio works over Kane, hitting a nice baseball slide to the rib cage of Kane. Kane counters with a stiff right hand to Mysterio. IN the corner they work as Mysterio hits offense. Jericho goes for a Lion Sault on Kane but misses. Drop toe hold from Mysterio on Kane. Mysterio goes for 619 on Jericho but Kane breaks it up. Out of nowhere 619 on Kane followed by the Code Breaker by Jericho. Jericho works on Mysterio but he ends up making it to the top. Mysterio goes off and eliminates Kane with a three count. Kane is eliminated.

Mike Knox is buzzed in as he takes out Rey Mysterio and then Jericho. Knox hits a scoop slam on Jericho followed by a knee drop. Knox covers Jericho for two. Knox kicks Mysterio in the ribs then follows on his head. Mysterio flips Knox over the top rope onto the Chamber. Jericho springboards off the ropes into Mike Knox. Knox takes him out. He follows his attack with stiff boots. Mysterio gets on Knox's back. Knox works over Mysterio on the cage. Knox throws Jericho down in the middle of the ring. It's Knox and Mysterio. Knox whips Mysterio off the ropes. Knox counters and works Re y over. Out of nowhere Jericho hits the Code Breaker on Knox. Jericho hits the three count. Mike Knox is eliminated. Jericho works over Mysterio in the corner. Edge is buzzed in. Mysterio greets him with an attack. Mysterio bangs Edge's head off the Chamber, Spring board off the top rope, crossbody, he works Edge over. Mysterio off the ropes into a Jericho clothesline.

Jericho and Edge go at it in the ring. Running bulldog by Jericho onto Edge. Jericho connects with right hands on the former WWE Champion. Mysterio gets involved, Jericho takes him out. Out of nowhere Edge gets a two count on Jericho. Jericho goes for the Spear on Mysterio, he misses Jericho goes for the Code Breaker. He misses as Edge goes after Mysterio. Jericho takes out Edge in the middle of the ring. Jericho works with Mysterio in the corner. Jericho climbs to the top, Edge gets involved. It's Edge, Mysterio, and Jericho as Jericho tosses them off the top turnbuckle. Mysterio, Edge, and Jericho are down in the ring. Edge works over Jericho in the corner and throws him over the ropes onto the Elimination Chamber. John Cena is released as he goes right for Edge. Cena cleans house. Cena takes out Edge to a pop from the crowd. He signals Five Knuckle Shuffle. He connects on the former WWE Champion. Cena gets him up for the Attitude Adjustment but out of nowhere, Jericho hits the Code Breaker. Edge eliminates John Cena with a pinfall. John Cena is eliminated.

Mysterio takes out Edge then Jericho with a hurricanrana. Then Edge, setting him up for 619. Jericho gets 619, Edge gets out of the way. Mysterio tries to land offense but Jericho counters, Mysterio ends up eliminating Jericho via pinfall. Chris Jericho is eliminated. We're down to Edge and Rey Mysterio. Edge goes for the Spear, Mysterio gets out of the way and gets a two count and a near fall. Mysterio hits his offense, landing a springboard press on Edge. Mysterio hits a devastating blow on Edge for a two count. Mysterio lands right hands on Edge followed by kicks. Mysterio counters into a DDT followed by a DDT. Edge takes out Mysterio in the ring. Edge goes for a powerbomb, Mysterio counters out on the steel floor of the Elimination Chamber. Mysterio hits an inverted 619, Lawler called it a 916. Edge counters, sending Mysterio hard into the Chamber. Mysterio sent Edge face first into the glass of the Chamber. Edge hits a Spear. One, two, three... Edge is the World Heavyweight Champion!

Winner & new World Heavyweight Champion – Edge

Richard Reacts: Good match and a good pay-per-view. Several surprises with Triple H taking the WWE Championship and Edge taking the World Heavyweight Championship. Good work by everyone involved, with the crowd behind every spot. The pay-per-view was short on matches but made up for it with the title changes.
