Im sick of all this "TRENDING WORLDWIDE" stuff.

But it's free publicity! IMO, TNA should try this too. Especially since they're not getting much help from Spike. Sure, they're keeping them on the air, but they do not advertise them well, if at all. The fans are basically walking advertisements. They let all their friends know what's on and what's going on.

Then when they're "trending", they let the rest of the nation / world know what's going on and could pique their interests and could possibly get them to tune in then or the following week. A few of my friends got back into WWE after seeing a few "trends" this past year.

I'm cool with the Twitter stuff. As sometimes too pushed as it is, Twitter does really control a lot and is a great way for things to get across. Of course coming from me who has almost 30,000 tweets

does vinnie mac wants attention or does he wants money? cause trending worldwide doesnt bring in the green in his pocket

Um free publicity and advertisement equals $$$

    • Bruno

Ate I crazy. Twitter equals publicity for free. That’s more viewers and more money

Iamjohnnymcb, trending creates further awareness which ultimately brings in a larger audience. I wonder how many people bought wrestlemania after seeing it plastered all over the internet in the week leading up to mania. It can get annoying but its brilliant business by Vinny Mac

  • In a way it’s brilliant business, but it can also come back to bite them in the ass if TNA start doing it too, and start getting just as much free publicity.
