In Ring Segment
Punk’s music and the fans go wild. “CM Punk!” chants can be heard over his music, but then Heyman comes out to serious heat. Heyman to the ring. “CM Punk!” chants start again and fill the arena, stopping Heyman from speaking. Heyman holds the mic out for them.
Heyman – I believe he deserves louder than that!
“CM Punk!” even louder! Heyman sits in the center of the ring and gets more heat for it. He breaths heavy into the mic.
Heyman – I came here tonight to tell the story of a Paul Heyman guy. A Paul Heyman guy who was never truly wanted in WWE. (heat) A Paul Heyman guy they thought was too small to main event WrestleMania. (heat) A Paul Heyman guy who didn’t have the right corporate look, too many tattoos, that would rebel against the system, against The Authority, to such a degree that they didn’t want him in the WWE from day one, and they don’t want him in WWE right now.
Heyman – I came here tonight to tell you a story of a Paul Heyman guy who had the balls to say what nobody else had the balls to say. (pop) I came here tonight to tell you about a Paul Heyman guy who was born in, raised in, and still lives in Chicago. (pop) My name is Paul Heyman, and ladies and gentlemen, this is my pipe bomb about CM Punk. Who is not here this evening. (serious heat) Here’s the biggest part of my pipe bomb…
Heyman – Hey if you’re looking for me to disagree with you, sorry I don’t. There’s no one who is more upset that he can’t see Punk perform in this ring tonight than I am. No one! (heat) If Punk was here tonight, he’d be doing exactly what he always claimed to do, proving his detractors wrong, and showing the WWE ‘Universe’ that Punk is the Best In The World. So what really happened? Why isn’t Punk here tonight? Why won’t anybody talk about Punk anymore? There is a finger to point around here, there is someone to blame, to hold accountable for why Punk wouldn’t put up with it anymore. Ladies and gentlemen, there comes a time when you have to risk your own job security and point that finger of blame. In this very ring, I point the blame for why Punk isn’t here tonight. I point that finger at each and every single one of you! (heat) Oh, you can boo me all you want. The truth hurts, doesn’t it? This is why I always found it so much easier to lie. People accept lies so much easier, but the truth does sting, just a little bit, doesn’t it? The fact is, when Punk was with me, Punk was the longest reigning Champ of the past 25 years. I provided Punk, the bosom from which his soul could be nourished, and then, took him away from me! (bigger heat) You made Punk your hero. You would give Punk your love, your appreciation, your respect, your affirmation, and how far did it get you? You didn’t just take Punk from me, you took Punk away from yourselves. (more heat) I don’t just blame all of you, I blame someone else as well. I blame Taker. Because this entire downward spiral began when we couldn’t beat The Streak last year at WrestleMania. If anyone wants to carry a message to Taker, carry this – Paul Heyman wants revenge. How do you get revenge on Taker? How do you kill what’s already dead? (“What?”) I want to see The Streak taken away from Taker, and there’s one man on the face of the planet that can do it. I want that Streak taken. I want Taker stripped of The Streak. I want The Streak conquered! There’s only one man who can conquer The Streak, and he is my best friend in the world. He is the conqueror! (Heyman stands) He is The Beast Incarnate, Brock Lesnar!
Brock to the ring. Cole talks up Brock, but King doesn’t agree.
“CM Punk!” chants.
Heyman – Before we address what happened last week on RAW, I would like to show you exactly what Taker is capable of.
Video of Taker and Brock last week on RAW. Brock glares at the tron. “CM Punk!” and “Undertaker!” chants start, but the Punk chants take over and fill the arena. JBL says to not make Brock any angrier than he already is.
Brock (grabs the mic from Heyman) – Unlike some people, I don’t make claims I can’t back up. Last week Taker attacked me, because I believe in my heart that that man is scared to death of me. There’s been many a foe who’s tried to conquer The Streak, and all have failed to do so. (“What?”) Shawn Michaels. (“What?”) Triple H. (“What?”) And your own little baby boy, CM Punk. Failures. At WrestleMania XXX The Streak is going to get conquered by me. Brock Lesnar!
Brock throws down the mic to a smattering of heat from the fans. Brock and Heyman leave the ring together. They’re heading up the ramp when Henry’s music hits. Henry out, yelling off mic at Brock. Henry comes down the ramp, and Brock motions him forward. Brock flies off the stairs, but Henry is there with a blow that drops Brock. Renee – Please welcome my guest, the man who will face Orton for the WWE WHC at WrestleMania, Batista. Focusing on the here and now, I want your thoughts on facing Bryan, and his #YesMovement here on RAW.
Batista – I think the #YesMovement is possibly the dumbest thing I’ve ever seen in my life. I think it’s amazing what’s passing for a WWE Superstar these days. You got all these fans reading too many comics, watching too many movies, and they think the average guy like Daniel Bryan can miraculously turn into a super hero. Fantasy, it’s not real. Guys like Daniel Bryan will never be guys like me. You may not like it, the WWE ‘Universe’ may not like it, but it’s a fact. You, and them, will need to learn to deal with it.

On Smackdown Christian attacked Sheamus during his match with ADR. A killswitch takes Sheamus down. The two of them will face off next on RAW.
Steph – The WWE ‘Universe’ is connected by our passion and unforgettable moments where we can say, ‘I was there’ or ‘I was watching when.’ I remember when I was 8 years old, watching WrestleMania 1, when my friend Andre The Giant body slammed Big John Studd. I remember how I felt, and the audience erupting all around me. Now I can share that moment with my daughters. I can sit with my daughters and show them Pop, when he was just an announcer, before he was the big evil chairman, Mr. McMahon. Now I can show my daughters some of their Daddy’s epic matches, and show why he’s one of the greatest Superstars in WWE history. I can share them with my children, and with the WWE Network, you can too. So sit back, relax, and enjoy the ride.

In Ring Segment
Bryan to the ring and the fans are wild. They are screaming, yelling, and “YES!” “YES!” “YES!” Bryan soaks it all in before speaking.
Bryan – That is what I like to hear! Because the people in Chicago understand one thing. You have a voice. We have a voice! And tonight, we are going to hijack RAW!
“YES!” “YES!” “YES!”
Bryan – I am not going to leave this ring, until one of two things happens.
“CM Punk!” chants.
Bryan – I will not leave this ring until Batista comes down to fight. (heat) Or until Trip comes down to answer my challenge. Last week I challenged Trip to a match at WrestleMania, and he flat out turned me down.
“NO!” “NO!” “NO!”
Bryan – You people get it. I think there’s a number of reasons he turned me down. Number one…
Trip’s music cuts Bryan off, and out comes Steph in a red skirt, a black open shoulder top, and black stiletto high heel booties, with Trip in tow in his power suit. They head to the ring. “CM Punk!” chants. Trip smirks at Bryan before he gets into the ring. Trip poses through the “CM Punk!” chants.
tp – You know Daniel, I have to admit, I admire your tenacity. After all your losses, and then losing again at Elimination Chamber, I wouldn’t be out here trying to hijack RAW, I would be flat out embarrassed. (Steph can barely be heard through the heat)
Bryan – Anyways, Trip you can dodge the question as much as you want, but I am not going to let it rest. For the last 6 months I’ve been beaten, screwed over, and every time I’m close to getting an opportunity for the Title, out comes The Shield, out comes a screwy ref, out comes Kane. You, yourself, have even pedigreed me to keep me from having that Title. (Steph and Trip are both looking down on Bryan as if they’re humoring a naughty little boy.) But here I stand, unbroken, with these people behind me!
“YES!” “YES!” “YES!”
Bryan – And I am stronger than ever. What do you say Trip, you and me, WrestleMania XXX?
“NO!” “NO!” “NO!”
Trip – That’s not gonna happen. (heat) What is it with your generation Daniel? Why can’t you just accept your failure? Why can’t you just accept your inadequacies? (heat) You know what Steph, I’m going to call this the Excuses Era, or the Blame Era, because if you noticed, no one in this era who doesn’t make it, they never say ‘I wasn’t good enough’ what they do is blame everybody else. Excuses. They held me down. They screwed me over. They buried me. The reality of it is, the reality of it is that anyone who failed here, it’s because they were not good enough.
Trip – That’s the reality Daniel. That is reality. Your reality is, you’re a B+ player. (heat) While that angers people. I don’t know why it angers, B+ is pretty dang good. It’s sure as hell better than them. (heat) That’s a damn good little spot for you Daniel, it is! But understand this, it’s going to take a whole hell of a lot more than a B+ player to get me to lace up my boots at WrestleMania. (heat)
Trip – They’re saying it’s your turn.
Bryan – See, these people understand. You can deny holding anybody down, you can deny holding me down, but they can see through your lies. That’s why they chat. That is why they chant!
“YES!” “YES!” “YES!”
Bryan – Because you come out here and say that’s best for business, your doing it for the WWE ‘Universe’, but you don’t listen to these people. You don’t listen to the #YesMovement. You don’t listen to their obvious desire to see somebody like me, and everybody else back there who’s like me, see people like me succeed. The only way we will ever get you to see that, is if I beat the crap out of you at WrestleMania.
Steph – Daniel, it’s very, very compelling, it is. (huge heat) And do we listen to these people? Why would we? Why would we listen to this sea of inadequacy? (nuclear heat) Let me tell you something Daniel, I’ve been here for a while, people turn on a dime. They will turn on you faster than you realize. The only people who won’t are Trip and I. Now I get it, it’s intoxicating that all these people chant “YES!”, they chant your name, social media blows up, people ask for your autograph. It goes to your head, I get it, especially considering where you came from. It’s easy to get wrapped up in all that, but when you think about it, really think about it, without my family, you would have nothing. 21 trucks pulled up to this arena today and made it look like this, for you. This ring was set up, for you, by my family. The TV distribution, the digital and social channels were all set up for you, provided for you. Think about it, without us, you wouldn’t have your underdog persona, you wouldn’t have your “YES!” t-shirts, you wouldn’t have these people chanting for you, because, face it, we made you.
Bryan laughs at this. Dueling “Daniel Bryan” and “NO!” “NO!” “NO!” chants.
Bryan – Steph, your delusions of self importance are really admirable. In fact, so admirable, how about this, why don’t you put on Trip’s trunks, and he puts on your skirt, and maybe you and I can fight at WrestleMania while he sits back and watches.
“YES!” “YES!” “YES!”
Trip – First of all, I’m 90% sure she’d whip your ass too. Secondly, Daniel, it’s just not going to happen, okay? Let me put this to you in a way you will understand. (to Steph) Are we in kindergarten here? You’re actually throwing those kinds of things at me. You think this is grade school? You think I would take that bait. It’s not my first rodeo Daniel. (really talking down to Bryan) Your little match at WrestleMania just isn’t going to happen, fella, okay? Get over it. WrestleMania is the showcase of the immortals, and this, Daniel, as hard as it is for you to swallow, just doesn’t measure up. Now, get out of my ring!
“NO!” “NO!” “NO!” Trip and Steph step over to the side of the ring closest to announce and, side by side, look at Bryan.
Bryan – This isn’t your ring.
Steph – It is actually our ring.
Bryan – This is their ring!
“YES!” “YES!” “YES!”
Trip – Let me clarify for you and everyone else, everything in this arena right now, including them, and you, belong to us! (serious heat) Now, get the hell out of my ring.
“NO!” “NO!” “NO!”
Bryan (steps right up to Trip) – Why don’t you make me?
Steph – Kane
Fire erupts and out comes the big suited monster. Flying goat on Kane as he gets close to the ring. Bryan is all over Kane.
Steph – Security! Security, get out here!
Refs run out to surround Bryan and Kane.
Steph – I said security, get out here!
Security out and peel Bryan off Kane. Bryan backs up the ramp a bit.
Steph – And stay out!
Security across the ramp, telling Bryan to leave. Trip telling Bryan to leave, but the fans yelling, “Daniel Bryan!” Bryan backs up the ramp with a slight smirk.
Heyman’s pipe bomb, then Henry out and got into it with Brock. Then the announcers talk about the attack, then go on to talk about the WWE Network. They go to Josh who is with Booker T and Hacksaw, and A-Ry. All three are pumped up and talk up the show.
ADR vs Ziggler
ADR in the ring. A sexy car comes out around the stage, a Shelby Mustang, with Ziggler in the passenger seat, and Aaron Paul driving. They head to the ring to solid pop. The two of them bounce around the ring and pose for the fans. Aaron heads to announce for the match.
The bell rings and ADR pushes the ref out of the way to kick Ziggler. Body drop on Ziggler, then ADR mocks Ziggler and drops a leg for two. Aaron says he’s played JBL’s character, but he can’t beat anybody. He loves JBL to death, but… Ziggler on ADR in a corner with ten blows. Neck breaker on ADR, but then ADR comes back with a SICK tilt-a-whirl back breaker on Ziggler! Ziggler plants ADR with a DDT for a long two.
ADR with a cracker on Ziggler’s arm, then a kick drops Ziggler for two. Aaron stands on announce as King tells Aaron that he can’t stand there. ADR is distracted. Ziggler reverses on ADR with a zig-zag for three.
Winner – Ziggler (2:44)
Cole yells, “Give the assist to Aaron Paul!” Aaron back into the ring and he celebrates with Ziggler.

Big E vs Swagger
Both men in the ring. Video of Swagger attacking Big E during Cesaro’s match.
The bell rings, and Cesaro is in and attacks Big E with a neutralizer.
Winner – Big E (0:06)
Swagger gets in Cesaro’s face about costing him the match. Swagger pushes Cesaro. Cesaro said that they’re even. Swagger says they are not even. Swagger pushes Cesaro again. Cesaro grabs Swagger for the giant swing.
Zeb – No, no, no, don’t do it Cesaro. Don’t do it. Be a real American Cesaro. Don’t listen to them, don’t do it to your brother! For the sake of the people, don’t do it.
Cesaro drops Swagger’s legs to heat.
Zeb – Help your brother up. Help him up. Swagger, take his hand, take it. We’re going to let this go and put it behind us, so separate. I want you to hug it out right here. Yes, do it. Do it! Come on, let’s put this in the past. Give him a hug, we’re brothers. We’re real Americans.
Swagger steps to Cesaro, Cesaro heartily slaps Swagger’s back with both palms, fingers splayed, and Swagger does the same, as they both glare.
Zeb – Gentlemen, stand up straight and tall, put your hand over your heart, with a loud clear voice say, “We, the people!”
Cesaro is all smiles and smirks through the glares. Swagger is pissy.
Bryan will face Kane on MainEvent tomorrow night on the WWE Network.
In Ring Segment
Cena out, says, “Ah, the windy city.” He then heads to the ring, limping to sell his ‘knee injury’. Into the ring. King says that’s the first time Cena has tried to run (to the ring), and it was not a good attempt. Cena poses through the heat that can be heard through his music. There’s little mixed tonight, and Cena is all smiles. “CM Punk!” chants.
Cena – I want to thank you for the warm Chicago welcome. (heat) Last week I was injured by The Wyatts. (small pop) Well, after hearing that, some of you won’t be happy to hear this, but by doctor’s orders, I will not be having a match.
“YES!” “YES!” “YES!”
Cena – I’m gonna take that as your way of saying, get well soon. (heat) Even though I’m not gonna compete tonight, I wanted to come out here.
“CM Punk!” chants.
Cena – I wanted to come out here for that. I wanted to hear the energy and the passion of an entire city. (heat) No, I don’t have a match, but this has always had a special place in my heart. I’ve competed in WrestleManias here. Brock kicked the holy crap out of me in the All State Arena. (some pop) It wasn’t too long ago at a MITB PPV, I had a very special moment with somebody, in the All State Arena.
“CM Punk!” chants.
Cena – We’d been going at it for a long time, and Chicago and I haven’t always seen eye to eye. I’m big on respect, and I respect the hell out of this city. I want you to know that you may boo me out of an arena, I always hear you, I always know your honest, and I damn sure know that you’re loud. (pop) I’ve been listening to tonight, listening to this whole hijack business. The WWE ‘Universe’ wants change!
“YES!” “YES!” “YES!”
Cena – I respect that, but you need to respect this. Success in this company is earned, and change will come, and it will go through me! (serious heat) So any WWE Superstar out there, especially Mr. Wyatt, if you think you’re in the driver’s seat because of last week, you are dead wrong, pal. My name is John Cena and I’ve given the past 12 years of my life to this business. Ironically enough, I’m in the same place my career started in 2002, the All State Arena. (pop) I’m doing the same thing now that I did then. I’m standing tall, right here! (mixed)
The Wyatts’ music, and they’re on the tron.
Bray – Look at you John, setting out there all alone. You built this empire all around you. Can you feel the energy? Can you feel these people, John? Hahaha. You know, you remind me of one of those Championship, thorough bred horses. (“CM Punk!”) One that’s been running for a long, long time. And he races and he wins, and he wins, and the people, they just cheer for him! But one day, this Championship horse, he starts to slow down, and that is when reality sets in. now he find himself, not just looking for the next finish line, but he’s sitting in the back of the barn, laid out on a slab. When, oh when, will your reality set in John? (“CM Punk!”) How long do you think you can just fend us off? Mercy is calling you by name! I am the reaper, and I am going to put you down. Let me let you in on a little secret, John. I know what you’re really afraid of. For the loneliest man on earth is the man who sits atop his empty castle. Who will be left for you John, when I take it all away? Follow the buzzard. Hahaha!
Batista is heading for the ring, but stops when he sees Orton standing there, both belts draped over his shoulders.
Orton – Hey, big man. I would like to wish you the very best of luck out there against Daniel Bryan. That’s all.
