Below are quick results from today’s (August 30th) WWE Raw live event in Brisbane, Australia:

* Brodus Clay b. Jack Swagger

* Zack Ryder b. Daniel Bryan

* WWE Intercontinental Champion The Miz b. Alex Riley. After the match, Tensai came out and attacked Riley.

* WWE Tag Team Champions Kofi Kingston & R-Truth b. Primo & Epico w/Rosa Mendes. They did the restart by AJ Lee they’ve been doing at live events with Kofi’s leg being on the ropes after looking like they dropped the titles.

* WWE Divas Champion Layla b. Rosa Mendes

* Santino Marella b. David Otunga. After the match, Tensai attacked Santino. The Raw babyfaces made the save.

* WWE Champion CM Punk b. Big Show & John Cena to retain. After the match, John Laurinaitis came out and hit Cena with a steel chair but then got an Attitude Adjustment.

Of course they put Ryder over Bryan. It’s just a house show for the fans, so virtually every face wins! Plus the Bryan gimmick currently is for him to lose and throw a tantrum. Was always going to be that way… I wouldn’t for a moment think that this will be the way they will take Bryan’s character on ACTUAL raw shows or PPV’s. He’s the best wrestler and one of the hardest workers in the business.
