WWE RAW OPENER:
- WWE RAW tonight opens up with The Game and #1 contender Triple H coming out to the ring in street clothes, with a bandage on his forehead.
Triple H says he is pretty happy tonight because 12 months ago, he wasn't so happy. At this time last year, he was sitting in a wheelchair getting ready to go to WrestleMania 23 to sit behind the stage and watch the fans go nuts and watch the game from the sidelines. But after last night and the Elimination Chamber, The Game is back! Back where he belongs, back at the main event for WrestleMania. He says you can bet your ass, he will become a 12 time WWE Champion. Out comes Randy Orton.
he WWE Champion gets in the ring, gets himself a mic and tries to dodge all the "YOU SUCK" chants. Orton says we've really come all the way around full circle. Last night it was John Cena, before him Jeff Hardy, Chris Jericho, Shawn Michaels and before all of them, it started with you, Triple H - the man Orton beat for the WWE Title. Orton says we have known each other for a long time, and in that time a lot of things have changed, but Triple H's jealousy over Orton has stayed the same. Orton keeps talking until John Cena comes out.
Cena comes out and says wait one second, one cotton picking minute. He says yeah, I just went there. The crowd boos Cena. Cena says Orton is the first WWE Champion to become a liar and a loser. Cena says with all the corruption in sports today, it's time disgrace has came to WWE in the form of Randy Orton as WWE Champion, with an asterisk beside his name. Cena says Orton is the only WWE Champion to lose his way into WrestleMania. Cena says how about tonight, we have a rematch for the WWE Title, Randy Orton vs. John Cena. Orton asks Triple H if he is going to allow Cena to come out here and interrupt what they have going at WrestleMania and says it has nothing to do with Cena. Triple H says he doesn't give a crap who's Champion because he is going to beat whoever it is. Out comes William Regal.
Regal comes out and says Triple H at WrestleMania is a lock for winning the Chamber last night. Regal brings up Orton getting himself DQ'd last night and says that doesn't reflect well on him and the RAW brand, so tonight we will have a rematch but it will be a non-title match. If Cena wins, it will be Orton vs. Cena vs. HHH at WrestleMania 24 in a 3-way match for the WWE Title. Triple H starts to argue this with Regal. Regal says Triple H will be the special guest referee tonight in the Orton-Cena match and it will be Triple H. The three look on at each other as RAW goes to commercial.
- Back from commercial and we see stills from Mayweather-Big Show as Jim Ross and Jerry Lawler plug the cage match and Mayweather later on tonight.
