Written by Ryan Gray on Jun 16, 2008 - 9:03:07 PM

- WWE Monday Night RAW kicks off tonight with Jim Ross welcoming us to Salt Lake City, Utah as John Cena's music hits and the former WWE Champion makes his way out to the ring.

Cena gets in the ring as the crowd in Salt Lake City roars. Cena talks about how he loves WWE and it provides fans with the best entertainment money can buy. Cena talks about great moments like when Hogan picked up Andre the Giant, when Shawn Michaels' boyhood dream came true and the first time Steve Austin whipped someone's ass. Cena says fans are excited about the moment where he and Triple H will face each other and he will stand with his hand raised and say The Champ is.... Triple H's music hits and out comes the WWE Champion.

Triple H says Cena is right, it will be a moment that the fans will never forget. Triple H says last week, Cena cost him a match with Jeff Hardy. The Game says he is warning Cena this time and there will not be a second warning. Triple H says if Cena gets involved in one of his matches or his business, then this thing will get real personal, real fast. Cena fires back and says Triple H has done the same thing. Triple H makes a joke about Cena's dancing but Cena reminds him he made him tap out the last time they wrestled. Triple H says that was two years ago and a lot has changed and Cena says no, nothing has changed because he and Triple H are still the main attraction. Triple H says yes something has changed because now he is the WWE Champion. Cena says that doesn't mean a damn thing. Cena says until Triple H beats him, he's nothing.

Triple H tells Cena that Night of Champions is going to be a rough night for him because he knows he hates letting down his fans and says most of Cena's fans won't get to see the match because its past their bedtime anyway. Triple H goes on until Cena pushes him back. Cena takes off his shirt, ready to fight. Triple H gears up to fight too until Vince McMahon's money music hits and out comes the Chairman. Vince says the two will not go at it tonight, they will wait until Night of Champions. Vince says he's in a generous mood tonight and security brings out the $1 million as Vince talks about the Money Mania. The password for tonight is WATCH RAW & WIN.

Vince asks Cena if he will win his match tonight and announces the Street Fight with Umaga. Cena tells Vince thank you as Triple H wishes him good luck and says don't get hurt. The music hits and out comes The Samoan Bulldozer.

Street Fight: John Cena vs. Umaga
Umaga hits the ring and he and Cena go at it, trading right hands until Umaga drops Cena to the mat. Cena tries picking up Umaga but the Samoan falls ontop of him and gets a 2 count. Umaga is still standing over John Cena as we go to commercial break.

Back from commercial and Umaga is slamming Cena into the fan barrier at ringside. Cena fights back and the two battle up the entrance ramp. Cena leaps at Umaga but gets caught in a big Samoan Drop on the steel. Umaga drags Cena by his arm back to the ringside area. Umaga sits Cena up against the ring and chokes him. Umaga goes running at Cena's head but Cena moves and Umaga runs into the ringpost.

Cena fights back and we go inside the ring. Cena picks up a microphone and nails Umaga in the face with it. Umaga catches Cena coming off the top rope with a huge sidewalk slam. Umaga gets a 2 count. Cena and Umaga go at it with right hands in the ring and Cena manages to kick Umaga in the face but gets leveled by a huge clothesline.

Umaga goes back outside and rips the top off the RAW announcers table, grabs a steel chair and heads back into the ring where Cena is trying to get up. Cena grabs the chair first, hits Umaga in the gut with it and nails his blockbuster move. Cena climbs to the top again and nails Umaga with the leg drop. Cena scoops Umaga up for the FU but can't hold his weight and the two fall to the mat.

Back on the floor now and Umaga uses the steel steps on John Cena. Umaga rolls Cena back into the ring and covers him for a 2 count. Umaga goes back outside and brings the steel steps back into the ring. Umaga goes to throw the steel steps at Cena but gets picked up for an FU. Cena nails the move and covers Umaga for the win.

Winner: John Cena

- Vince McMahon is atop the entrance way ready to give away some more money, $125,000. Vince dials the number and once again, it doesn't work right. A guy named Denzel picks up and freaks out when he hears its Vince. He gives out the correct password and Vince asks him what his favorite animal is. He says a dog and Vince asks him to bark like a dog. The guy sucks at it, Vince makes him a joke and congratulates him on winning $125,000. Vince introduces the Summer Beach Bikini Blowout.

- The Bikini Blowout begins with Maria coming out to the ring in a sexy white robe. SmackDown's Eve Torres is out next in a hot pink robe. We go to commercial as we get ready for more Divas to come out.

Back from commercial and Melina, Maryse, Jillian Hall, Layla, Maria, Eve Torres and Lena Yada are all in the ring looking sexy. Charlie Haas is the host of this bikini contest and says each Diva can model their bikini for 15 seconds and the fans will choose the winner by cheering.

Melina undresses first, dances and does her split in the ring as Maryse comes up and reveals a sexy black bikini. Up next is Lena Yada who is wearing a sexy white bikini. Layla undresses next followed by Jillian Hall who has a microphone. Jillian says she didn't come here tonight to model her bikini, but to sing. Lena breaks out in song as Haas cuts her off. Jillian doesn't even undress. Up next is Eve Torres, who easily might be looking the hottest. Maria undresses next and might have the loudest pop from the crowd.

Charlie Haas goes through all the Divas with the fans and Maria easily gets the loudest ovation from the WWE fans. Haas announces Maria as the winner after getting props for all the Divas.

- Vince McMahon is back atop the entrance way, dialing another number to give out some more money, this time $100,000. A guy named Mike picks up the phone this time. Mike gives the correct password and since the guy is from North Carolina, Vince asks who is the most well known individual from North Carolina. The guy answers Ric Flair and Vince says no, that's not right. Vince was born in North Carolina too so that's what he was hinting at. Vince congratulates the guy as the Divas celebrate in the ring and we go back to commercial.

- Back from commercial and the WWE Intercontinental Champion Chris Jericho is backstage talking to someone, looking to be in a good mood. Jim Ross leads us to highlights from Jericho's Highlight Reel last week with Shawn Michaels.

- Vince McMahon is atop the entrance way again and brings out Hacksaw Jim Duggan, who is dressed in a tuxedo, as is his 2x4. Vince tells Hacksaw he cleans up nice and says if Ron Simmons was here he would say Damn! Vince lets Hacksaw dial the number this time and it goes through.

The guys voice mail actually picks up and Vince leaves a message, telling him he had a chance to win $50,000 but he blew it. The guy from ePrize brings Vince out another phone number. Hacksaw dials this number too and its someone who has a DX ringtone on their phone. A guy named Jesse picks up the phone. The guy wins $50,000 and Vince asks him if he likes that. The guy goes to do the "Two words..." promo from DX but Vince tells him to do his best Hacksaw Jim Duggan impression, which he does.

Jeff Hardy vs. Carlito
Hardy makes his way out to the ring as we go to a quick commercial. Back from commercial and Carlito makes his way to the ring. The match starts out with Carlito backing Hardy into the corner, getting the best of him. Hardy dumps Carlito over the rope, to the floor and flies over with a plancha move, taking Carlito out.

Back in the ring now and Carlito hits a nasty neckbreaker type move on Hardy, getting him a 2 count. Carlito hits more offense on Hardy, getting another 2 count. Carlito applies a chinlock on Hardy, trying to make him submit. Carlito continues to punish Hardy, getting another 2 count.

Hardy finally fights back and kicks Carlito back into the corner. Hardy misses his dropkick in the corner and Carlito covers him for yet another 2 count. Hardy misses the Twist of Fate and Carlito takes him to the top, tying him up in the corner in a Tree of Woe. Carlito misses the sliding kick on Hardy and hits the ringpost. Hardy comes off the top rope and only gets a 2 count on Carlito.

Carlito and Hardy go back and forth with Hardy reversing the Backstabber into the Twist of Fate. Hardy comes off the top rope with a Swanton Bomb and pins Carlito for the win.

Winner: Jeff Hardy

- Once again we go to Vince McMahon who is dialing another number. A guy named Kyle picks up the phone this time and of course gives out the correct password. Vince tells the guy to sing us a verse from the National Anthem. The guy starts singing and Vince cracks a joke referencing Jillian Hall. Vince congratulates the guy on winning $175,000. The guy asks if he can say one thing, Vince thanks him and he says Night of Champions is on his birthday.

- The WWE Intercontinental Champion Chris Jericho makes his way to the ring next. Jericho says over the past week, people are looking at him differently, wondering how he did what he did to Shawn Michaels. Jericho replays the clip from the Highlight Reel where he attacked Michaels and threw him head first into the TV screen.

Jericho says that what happened to Michaels was the fans fault. He says he came back to WWE to "Save Us" and these people don't want to be saved or deserve to be saved. Jericho goes on, obviously making his heel turn, blaming everything on the fans, saying they forced him to do it. Jericho says he is punishing Shawn Michaels for the fans sins.

Jericho says he bets the fans want Shawn to come out right now and face him, kick him out of the ring and get revenge. Jericho says he also wants Michaels to come out and demands that he come out. Jericho gets the fans to chant HBK. Obviously Michaels doesn't come and Jericho says its because he's a coward, a worm and a sorry excuse. Ric Flair's music hits and out comes The Nature Boy, back to RAW as we go to commercial.

Back from commercial and the fans are still standing for Ric Flair. The WWE Hall of Famer comes face to face with Chris Jericho, who looks puzzled. Jericho raises his finger at Flair and mumbles something. Flair slaps his hand out of the way and says he knows damn well that HBK would be here tonight if he could. Flair says he can't wrestle because he's retired but that won't stop him from fighting Jericho in the parking lot.

Flair takes off his jacket, hits the mat and rolls outside, making his way outside to the parking lot as Jericho starts to follow him. The cameras follow the two to the outside where Flair is yelling and taunting Jericho the whole way. Flair walks through the outside door and Jericho stops. He opens the door, looks out of it and is met by Triple H. The Game backs him up and asks him if he thinks he has started enough problems in the past few weeks. Jericho says it is none of his business. Triple H says ever since he came back to "Save Us" that he's been looking for a reason to make him his business. Triple H says he just wants to fight Jericho, not get in everyone else's business. The two stare each other down as Jericho walks away and we go back to commercial.

- Back from commercial and Ric Flair is backstage yelling at Triple H, telling him he always wants to fight his battles for him and he came back to see him and he loves him. Vince walks up and says he can't have him interrupting his show because they are giving out money. Vince says Flair is doing a great job as an ambassador to WWE but he's going to have to ask security to escort Flair out of the building. Flair says bye to Triple H as Vince tells Flair to give him a call. Vince and Triple H have a few words now. Vince makes a match for later tonight, Triple H vs. Chris Jericho.

Cryme Tyme vs. Cody Rhodes and Hardcore Holly
As soon as the match starts, Ted DiBiase Jr. makes his way to the ring and acts like he is going to get in. Apparently this distracts Cryme Tyme and lets Cody Rhodes get the pinfall and the win for a very short match.

Winners: Cody Rhodes and Hardcore Holly

- We go back to Vince McMahon on the entrance way. This time, a woman named Vicky picks up the phone. This is the second caller from North Carolina tonight who has won money. Vince tells the lady that in honor of Ric Flair being the 16 time World Champion, she has won $16. Yep, 16 whole dollars. The money music plays as we go back to commercial.

Katie Lea and Paul Burchill vs. Mickie James and Kennedy
The team of Paul and Katie Lea Burchill make their way to the ring first for this mixed tag team match. The WWE Women's Champion Mickie James is out next followed by Mr. Kennedy.

Kennedy and Burchill start the match out first, going hard at each other, brawling back and forth. Burchill levels Kennedy with a big clothesline and gets a 2 count. Burchill takes Kennedy to the mat with another shoulder lock as the Divas watch on.

Kennedy hits Burchill with two big boots and leaps at him on the ropes to roll him up for a 2 count. Katie Lea tags herself in which brings in Mickie. Mickie knocks down Katie and the two Divas start brawling on the mat. Mickie hits her bulldogs on Katie and knocks her back with a right hand. Mickie continues her offense on Katie. Kennedy spears Burchill off the apron and onto the floor.

Mickie James climbs the top rope but Katie Lea moves out of the way and hits some sort of finisher move on the WWE Women's Champion for the pinfall and the win.

Winners: Paul and Katie Lea Burchill

- Vince McMahon congratulates the winners and is back atop the entrance way, dialing another number of a lucky WWE fan. A girl named Alana picks up the phone and tells Vince she loves him. She finally spits out the correct password as she is crying and telling Vince that he has changed her life. He asks her who is the most handsome in the history of WWE and she says he is. Vince thanks her and tells her she has won $174,984.

- We go back to commercial as Jim Ross plugs the main event tonight of WWE Champion Triple H vs. WWE Intercontinental Champion Chris Jericho.

- We go ringside with Jim Ross and Jerry Lawler who rundown the card for WWE's Night of Champions pay-per-view.

- Backstage, Triple H walks out of his locker room but is met by John Cena. Cena tells him he is going to tell him the same thing that he heard earlier, good luck and don't get hurt. Triple H walks off as Cena looks on and we go back to commercial.

- Back from commercial and Vince is giving out more money. Sounds like this guy has someone else on the phone playing around. The guy wins the big prize of $300,000.

Triple H vs. Chris Jericho
The music of the WWE Champion Triple H hits and out comes The Game to the ring. Triple H does his usual entrance, getting the fans hyped up. The WWE Intercontinental Champion Chris Jericho is out next as we get ready for the main event.

Jericho backs Triple H into the corner to start the match and unleashes a series of kicks and punches. Triple H comes out of the corner, doing the same on Jericho. Triple H hits a big back body drop on Jericho. Jericho misses a splash in the turnbuckle as Triple H continues his assault. Back from commercial and Jericho knocks Triple H down and out of the ring with a big shoulder block. Jericho kicks Triple H back off the apron and up the entrance ramp. Triple H gets slammed head first into the steel steps at ringside as the referee continues his count. We go back inside the ring now with Jericho putting a foot on Triple H's throat.

They get back up at the 5 count and trade right hands with each other. Jericho kicks Triple H in the face but gets knocked down by a high knee and a clothesline in the corner.

Jericho goes for the Walls of Jericho but Triple H kicks him back into the corner. The Game hits a big spinebuster and goes for The Pedigree when Jericho gets up. Jericho reverses it and drops Tripe H with a bulldog. Jericho misses the Lionsault. Triple H goes for another Pedigree but gets backdropped by Jericho to the apron.

Jericho misses a kick from the top rope and both men end up on the outside brawling. Out of nowhere, Lance Cade runs down and pounds on Triple H. Jericho and Cade take The Game inside the ring now and begin pummeling him. John Cena makes his way to the ring, clearing house. Cena turns around and Triple H spears him. Triple H and Cena brawl with each other as Cade and Jericho get back in the ring.
Lance Cade drops Cena with his sitdown powerbomb as Jericho lays out Triple H. Jericho and Cade stand over top of the fallen John Cena and Triple H, applauding themselves as RAW goes off the air.
