The music of Jeff Hardy hit in the arena as he made his way down to the ring for this Intercontinental Championship Match against the Samoan Bulldozer, Umaga! We take a look back to last week's attack on Jeff Hardy by Umaga.

The two locked up and Umaga took control over Hardy with a huge takedown. Umaga got Hardy in the corner but Hardy fought back until running into a back elbow. Umaga stomped on Hardy and then picked him up before knocking him back down with a headbutt. Umaga sent Hardy sternum first to the corner and Umaga is in full control here.

Winner and new Intercontinental Champion, Jeff Hardy

The Aftermath:

Jeff Hardy celebrated his huge win and we have a brand new Intercontinental Champion here! Umaga can't believe what just happened as Hardy made his way to the back.

Later Tonight:

Triple H will take on Carlito in Triple H's first match on RAW since he return. Also, the entire McMahon Family is on hand to confront Mr. McMahon about his illegitimate child!

During the break:

Umaga ripped apart the ring steps and threw chairs around, obviously none too pleased about his loss tonight.

Backstage:

Mr. McMahon is backstage with Coach and his legal defense team. McMahon said his family will arrive here tonight with attorneys. McMahon said the best defense is a good offense. Carlito comes into the office, with a hair cut. McMahon said he was humiliated last week, and so was Carlito at the hands of Triple H. McMahon said they will treat Triple H like family tonight. McMahon said someone lost something tonight, and his name is Umaga, and he thinks it will be better if they have a handicap match tonight with Carlito and Umaga against Triple H! Carlito said that's cool and left.

Backstage:

Santino Marella is shown backstage, and knocks for Maria. Maria comes out and said she wishes he'd checked with her before asking William Regal for a rematch and that she is still hurting from last week. Santino said he will come to the ring with her. He said he has a few things to get off his chest, and he will be right there with her.

Backstage:

William Regal is backstage with a stagehand, and said that is a way to start a show. He asks if the guy has seen Cena and says to notify him. Melina comes in and says it will be weird seeing the McMahon family tonight, after their meeting in July. Melina whispers what she did to McMahon to Regal and he said it's disgusting. Stephanie McMahon then comes in and goes to slap Melina but stops as Melina cowers. Melina turns around and Linda McMahon is right there, and slaps the taste right out of Melina's mouth. Ron Simmons comes and gives us a "DAMN!"

In the arena:

The music of Santino Marella hit as he made his way out with Maria. Santino still has his arm in a sling, and Maria is looking as hot as ever. Santino gets on the mic and says there is something he'd like to say. First of all, his arm is getting better, and when it is better, he is going to embarrass Ron Simmons worse than the senator who was looking for boyfriend love in the toilet. Santino said he was Intercontinental Champion, and plus he's Italian. He can add a little bit of class to this disgusting dump of a city. With that, the music of the Sandman hit in the arena and he appeared in the crowd. Sandman made his way down to the ring as Santino says he doesn't understand why he is coming. Santino asks what is going on here. Santino says he just realised what his problem is, look at his face, he's so jealous because Santino makes love to beautiful Maria, and Sandman makes love to his stick! Sandman then cracked Santino right in the head and caned him all the way up the aisle to the back!

Cena looked conflicted and looked at his WWE Title again, and then jumped right on Regal, nailing him with rights and lefts. Cena slammed Regal into the announce table, and then tackled him over it. Cena is beating the hell out of Regal, and then locked in the STFU on the floor. John Cena has snapped! The referee's hit ringside trying to get Cena off of Regal but Cena was having none of it. Cena finally let go and chased the referee's off. Cena stormed to the back and Regal writhed around in pain.

In the arena:

The music of Mr. McMahon hit in the arena as he made his way down to the ring with acting General Manager Jonathan Coachman and his two attorneys. McMahon got in the mic and said his name is Vincent Kennedy McMahon, but we can call him Mr. McMahon. He said he is the chairman of the board, and the patriarch of the McMahon Family. He said his family is here to confront him, and it's all about the money! McMahon said his family will come out with their arms open for a handout. Linda McMahon then hit as she made her way down to the ring to the old WrestleMania music. Coach held the ropes open for Linda as she got into the ring. Vince asks how she expects to get her cut without her attorneys. She said she is the CEO of WWE and she has got money, and plenty of it, and she doesn't need his money. She said thanks to his assistant who paraded all those women out last week, she could take him to court and take him for everything he's got! Vince said she doesn't understand. He was out on the road, those lonely nights. He worked his fingers to the bone, and he is the reason why all these people are here. He said he thinks Shane and Stephanie understand that...the music of Stephanie McMahon then hit as she made her way down to the ring. Vince said before she says anything, everyone knows she's the volatile one in the family. He said they have had some wonderful times despite their differences in the past. He said he has put a video together, showing that she is daddy's girl. A video then played of McMahon kicking Stephanie's ass from the I Quit Match that the two had back in 2003 when Stephanie was Smackdown General Manager, and him pie facing Linda to the floor. Coach said someone sabotaged it! Triple H is then shown on the screen as he asks what they are looking at him for. He swears he had nothing to do with that! Triple H says hey Steph and she smiles. Stephanie said despite it all, she does love him. She said that Vince is sick, and he's gotten sicker, and he needs help. Stephanie said if Vince doesn't get help, then he should step down as the chairman of the board! Vince said that Stephanie must be speaking for the whole family...the music of Shane McMahon then hit! Shane made his way down to the ring. Vince said he is sure that Shane doesn't feel the same as Stephanie. Shane said it's tough to say. Which Vince is he talking too? There is the Vince that he is proud to call his father, and then there is the other guy. The arm flapping, grapefruit swaying, death faking, egomaniacal lunatic. The fans started an asshole chant towards Vince. Vince said the next time they call his wife that name, he will beat the hell out them!

Shane said they are not out there to stand against him, they are out here to stand behind him, but he needs to change. Shane said this is about the legacy. If he wants to change it's up to him, and better work out his issues. Vince asks if they think he can change. Shane said this can all work out. Shane said he always wanted a brother. Vince says he would like to make a confession. Vince says that all of these affairs and whatnot, he wants them to know that none of it ever happened. He said it's all a big lie. He was saying those things to build his own ego. He said he has cheated on Linda only once in his life, and that was with this woman who has given birth to his bastard son. He said he feels like he can change. He feels like humbling himself before Linda. Vince gets to one knee and vows he will be a better father and better husband. The music of Mr. Kennedy then hit! Kennedy made his way down to the ring and shook his head. Kennedy got on the mic and said he hates...Coach cuts Kennedy off and asks what he is doing out here. Kennedy said that everything happens for a reason. He said there is a reason Vince came face to face with him when he found out about the bastard child. There is a reason why his last name is Vince's middle name. There is a reason why Vince was going to reveal who the son was in Kennedy's hometown next week. Kennedy called Vince "Dad" and said he is Vince's son. Stephanie said that Kennedy might be a bastard, but he's not her dads bastard! Kennedy said what he needs right now is the undivided attention of his father. Kennedy said Vince doesn't have to change for anyone. If it was up to him, Vince would be more over the top. Kennedy said if it wasn't for Vince being a ego maniacal lunatic, he wouldn't have become the greatest superstar in history. Kennedy said that Vince inspired him. Kennedy said Vince can listen to his old family, who want to hold him down and take his money, or Vince can listen to the son that cares. Stephanie asks Vince if he believes this? Kennedy does his bit on the mic, adding McMahon to the end of his name. Kennedy wants to hug Vince, and Vince hugs him. Some guy comes out and says he represents the mother of the illegitimate son. He said the son is a WWE Superstar, and that son is NOT Mr. Kennedy. Vince said if it's not Kennedy, then who the hell is it. The lawyer said it will be revealed next week on RAW, and she has a message for him, a small clue. It reads "Things are looking up". Vince questions it and sends Kennedy out of the ring as RAW goes off the air.
