    *suck

  • @KyleGordon91

So thats a no, Im really surprised by that

  • tone

dang kinda disappointing… but still a good show, if they build properly going forward ratings should increase slightly. I doubt we will ever see 4,5,6,7′s again because there is no comp for WWE

Well with Youtube having hundreds of Raw videos for those who don't get a chance to watch and the fact that most people now use DVR's(myself included), perhaps it's reasonable to attribute the general ratings decline to recent technological changes?

stop using a dvr for raw

      • Bigbdawg2003

I dvr raw every week so I can fast forward through the commercials and boring matches diva matchs I just hit the 15 sec skip button and the match is usually over takes about an hour to watch raw that way

  • Aimthrax

Need to consider the amount of people that DVR Raw every week, that doesn’t count towards the show’s ratings.

    • raider488

The ratings only come from people who have nielson boxs. If they dont watch the show that night it doesn't count. Also if they fast forward it doesn't count because people who fast foward dont watch the advertising. That means no money is being made off of them so they dont matter at all.

This rating is right in line with what the wrestling industry is able to draw right now. Gone are the huge numbers of the Monday Night Wars & hell, gone are the days of 4.0+ ratings.

It's the lack of main event talent and decent writing that's hurting them, but when you really don't have any competition, I guess "good enough" will get you by.

All they really have from this new era is Punk, Bryan, and that's about it, honestly. Sheamus isn't up to that caliber yet, and if you ask me, Bryan has surpassed him in overness. Is it the current roster, or is the creative team to fault with the current decline? I say both. The matches are usually rather sloppy nowadays. The last decent match I saw was Punk vs Bryan on Raw when Jericho interfered. The guys in the back should be pissed at themselves for lacking in essentially all departments.

So Donald Trump draws a 4.5 back in summer of 09′. But Lesnar gets a 3.1….whats going on :/
