So much for being The Chosen One…

    • Mysterion
  • Mister X

Another misused talent gone, will JTG be gone before the end of the day? And what about the likes of Ryder, Slater, Khali etc who aren’t used frequently?

    • Bubba

Ryder I wouldn’t be surprised to see go at all….Slater too wouldn’t be a surprise…JTG seems untouchable!

    • The Leader

Khali is not going anywhere, no matter what we think of his in-ring work. He is too valuable as an ambassador to India.

    • packerpf

Idk why, but I doubt slater is going, seems they like something about him..

      • Johnny Medrano

Now Im starting to think JTG has something on Vince or HHH.

        • Scott Davies

          Probably naked pictures or something.

    • BigMike

Slater I wish would go and unless they reform the NAD, and add JTG to it, he should be gone as well… Khali is their ratings giant in India, so unless they get SOnjay Dutt, Khali is staying…. Ryder should be going as well…. and except for Torito being mildly funny… Matadores shouls go back to being Primo and Epico and bring back Carlito and form the Colon Stable

      • Guest

Like I said above, Ryder and JTG were used with the Adam Rose crew so thats probably why. And Slater got a just a little time to show and prove. Hes on the chopping block too.

      • J Vomkrieg

Yep, Khali’s profile alone pays for his downside. If WWE can really crack the India market at some point, that would be worth millions and millions of dollars. Khali will probably be a brand ambassador there for life.

  • Zack

    NOOOOOOOO!! Damn that one hurt

  • Scott Davies

Bet this is due to the loss of stock.

  • packerpf

Wow Drew had such a bright future and WWE completely dropped the ball. Brodus clay also was a giant missed opportunity by wwe its been forever since they’ve been able to build up a “big” wrestler. Evan not too surprised as continued injuries hurt him. Yoshi was an international appeal that WWE dropped the ball on he could have surprised. Aksana was attractive, but never should have been brought up ha. Personally won’t miss any of the others.

    • Xavier

Drew dropped the ball on himself. Hrs push from 09 thru 11 was a huge bust. He showed very little charisma, ring awarness and was pretty bad on the Mic

      • packerpf

I agree his charisma was very lacking, but it takes more then just giving a guy a belt to build him..what feuds did he really have? What storylines was he a part of? I mean the only things I ever really remember before 3MB was vince saying he “was the chosen one” and that he had a title…

        • Scott Davies

But he was also a Triple H guy. Was this release a shot at Triple H by Vince?

      • King James

He was very young during that time, didn’t have much time in the ring to show what he can do. His push was only in 09, he wasn’t used much after. His charisma and in ring wrestling ability increased dramatically since. Had so many great matches in Superstars when given the time. WWE dropped the ball on him.

        • Xavier

We’ll have to agree to disagree

          • J Vomkrieg

McIntyre never recovered from the Taryn incident at the hotel.

      • Patrick

McIntyre was extremely Talented and decent on the mic. he was being wasted with 3MB… we wlll agree to disagree in regards to McIntyre.

  • Dave Barton

Teddy is the only one who surprises me. He’s been in the business for so long, he’s a wealth of knowledge. But maybe he was ready to call it a career.

  • Tom Lee

    Expected…..

  • Kevin Taylor

    So much for 3MB

  • Guest

Its a one man band baby!

    • wwe maniac 89

Drew McIntyre was good they buried him by making him a member 3mb never should have did that they could have paired him with any number of other superstars but instead made him a clown I always dreamed of them pairing him with some other great European talent like cessaro or wade barret an European alliance could have groomed him to live up to the chosen one gimick and provided him with a platform to show off his true talent its sad to see wwe waste a great talent like drew #futureshockrelease

      • Patrick

I agree McIntyre was wasted being part of 3MB..

  • nikki

get rid of fandango….santino..matt rose…hornswaggle etc etc

    • iamjohnnymcb

who the hell is matt rose???

  • jman72485

Yoshi and Evan could’ve been great if WWE brought back the Cruiserweight title and it’s division…

  • Splat

The only thing I will miss about 3MB is their theme music.

  • Lebron James

Wow, McIntyre, Bourne, and Hawkins didn’t deserve this. They’re extremely talented with endless potential. Why not send them to NXT while not using them in the main roster? WWE needs to learn about talent development. Shame. I hope to see all 3 of these guys back someday.

  • david

The one thing that usually surprises me about these releases when they come about are how often the people being released were in a somewhat prominent position on TV recently prior to their release. Aksana (who no doubt should have been released a long time ago) was in a prominent position with Alicia Fox this week and 3MB and Los Matodores have been in a feud (although I admit that not many people will care but still). Releases need to happen and they should happen more often. There are a lot of people in NXT that have a ton of potential. I guess what surprises me is how with some workers I see no upside and never see them breaking out but they keep them around anyway? Then when someone like Brodus Clay who has potential gets released it just makes me shake my head. He had a main event role on NXT recently so I think there has to be something more to the story.

  • Venom

Was never a fan of the name 3MB. I always thought they should have called it EnCorre. Like Heath Slaters stable with Barrett, Gabriel and Ezekial.

  • iamjohnnymcb

so, is jtg still in wwe???

  • Patrick

a shame McIntyre was let go. he was talented.

  • Winnipeg

    And JTG?

  • Kleck

Dixie Carter must be scratching her head why WWE is releasing these HUGE stars…she’ll sign them all!

    • J Vomkrieg

If i was Dixie, i’d consider signing Brodus Clay. A 400lb monster heel character is a pretty useful thing to have on the roster.

  • J Vomkrieg

The only two i am suprised about are Drew (who i thought had potential, even if it had been squandered since the Taryn hotel incident) and Brodus Clay (Who i thought could have been a great monster heel, but they never let him do that).

Most of the others weren’t doing much.

    • J Vomkrieg

      Also.. Obi-Wan is unimpressed.

      Stupid double post…..

  • Chris B

Just cause I like to argue, I do remember Drew’s push and title run, he took to his chosen one gimmick with both barrels as he humiliated and degraded Smackdown GM Theodore Long as he misused the power of McMahon’s protection, getting matches thrown out or restarted when he lost. Then he tagged with Cody then he was put in 3MB and buried.

Is it wrong I would have preferred to have kept Drew and lost someone like R-Truth, simply as I saw more long term potential for the scotsman while Truth is never going to get a title or big push again.

  • DW

I think the WWE came to an honest conclusion…. Non of those guys were ever going to be pushed. Why waste talents time, and WWEs money?
