Good morning WWE Universe! Cue crowd shots as WWE United States Champion Antonio Cesaro will face R-Truth in the main event. The dancing duo of Brodus Clay & Tensai will face the Primetime Players, as this match was made last week by Mick Foley. They roll footage of the backstage segment from last week’s show. They show stock footage of both teams and question who will win.

Tag Team Match
- Brodus Clay & Tensai w/Naomi & Cameron vs. The Prime Time Players

The entrances:

Sweet T and Brodus Clay are out first with the The Funkadactyls. They are sporting their red warmups, while the girls have pom poms. Josh Mathews and Daniel Bryan are on commentary as Bryan claims Mick Foley says he should be the assistant general manger of this show. The Prime Time Players come out next in matching purple tights. Bryan says Sweet T is the better dancer other than Naomi.

The start:

Titus O’Neil and Brodus Clay start out the match. Titus has a whistle in his mouth. They have a brief exchange before Darren Young is tagged in.

Mid-match notes:

A scoop and a slam from Brodus Clay on Darren Young. He backs him into the corner and tags in Tensai. Tensai is wrestling in pants as he hits an elbow on Darren Young. He assaults his opponent in the corner. Sweet T tags in Brodus Clay. They double team Young, whipping him off the ropes and sending him down to the ring canvas.

Brodus Clay fights Young but knocks Young off the apron. Clay goes for a suplex on Young but O’Neil trips him from the outside.

The finish:

Young lands on Brodus Clay to get the three count

Winners: The Prime Time Players

Mick Foley comes out and says every fiber of his general manager being is telling him to restart the match right now. But it’s important to note when a referee makes a decision on Saturday Morning Slam that decision is final. He says while he wouldn’t feel right in restarting a match, he has no problem scheduling a rematch – to take place right now.

The Prime Time Players come back down the ramp for another match. The show goes to commercial.

Tag Team Re-Match
- Brodus Clay & Tensai w/Naomi & Cameron vs. The Prime Time Players

The start:

We’re back and Tensai drops two elbows on Darren Young. Titus O’Neil is tagged in and he builds a counter. Josh Mathews accuses Daniel Bryan of protesting Foley in the break. Daniel denies it, saying he’s assistant GM.

Mid-match notes:

O’Neil tries to slam him but Tensai counters. He goes off the ropes but runs into a big back elbow. Darren Young tags in and goes for a headbutt. He tags O’Neil and they double team the Dancing Bear. Titus O’Neil buries his head into the midsection of Tensai. He finally scoops and slams Tensai to the mat.

Titus O’Neil tags in Darren Young. He goes for a leg drop but misses. Tensai tags in Brodus Clay who lands a fisherman’s release suplex. He hits more offense, culminating with a powerslam and a two count.

The finish:

The match breaks down with O’Neil getting involved. He’s neutralized by Tensai and they hit dual splashes on Darren Young. Brodus covers Young for the three count and the win.

Winners: Brodus Clay & Tensai

After the match, Brodus Clay and Tensai dance with Naomi and Cameron in celebration. The main event is plugged as the show goes to commercial.

Back from break, the main event is previewed with stock footage of both competitors. Remember, R-Truth is a former United States Champion.

Non-Title Match
- WWE United States Champion Antonio Cesaro vs. R-Truth

The entrances:

R-Truth is out first. Josh Mathews and Daniel Bryan question if R-Truth is dazzling. It’s interesting that Truth’s Mechanix glove is blurred out (as was a fan’s green t-shirt). WWE United States Champion Antonio Cesaro is out next in his red t-shirt. Cesaro gets in the ring and holds up the secondary title.

The start:

The bell rings and we’re ready to go. Antonio Cesaro tells the crowd to shut up. They lockup as Antonio sends Truth down to the mat. They go to commentary where Daniel Bryan questions what they are doing. R-Truth counters with an armdrag takeover. Cesaro counters, whipping Truth into the corner.

Mid-match notes:

Truth counters and then shouts “what’s up” at the fans. He connects on a big leg drop with theatrics, much to the appeasement of the crowd. Truth sends the United States Champion over the top rope to the outside after a clothesline. The show goes to commercial.

We’re back from break with a PSA from Antonio Cesaro. He tells fans he’s spent years training to become a WWE Superstar and asks them not to try this at home.

Back in the ring, Truth hits an armdrag takeover, into a submission hold. Cesaro counters, hanging Truth out to dry on the top rope. Cesaro gets a quick cover for a count of one. He picks Truth up and sends him off the ropes. Cesaro locks in an abdominal stretch on Truth. He releases, kicks him in the head and whips him off the ropes. Antonio sends truth to the mat and finally gets a two count.

Cesaro reminds the referee he wants a fair count. He taunts the crowd before applying a bear hug on R-Truth. Daniel Bryan overhypes as the crowd cheers for Truth to get out. He breaks the hold, goes off the ropes and tries to roll Cesaro up. Cesaro, barely hanging on tries to make it to the ropes. Cesaro teeters and is finally rolled up for a two count.

Cesaro counters by swinging R-Truth by his legs with a Giant Swing. Multiple revelations later, both are very dizzy. Cesaro takes too much time and Truth counters, sending Cesaro to the mat with a scissors kick. Two count for Truth as the crowd is behind him. What’s up chant from Truth and Cesaro sends him into the corner in a counter.

European uppercut from Cesaro onto Truth and into a two count.

The finish:

Cesaro goes for a suplex but Truth counters out and hits What’s Up for the three count.

Winner: R-Truth

Cesaro regroups in the ring with his title while Truth goes up the ramp. Josh Mathews tells Daniel Bryan he did a great job as the show goes to the closing video package. WWE Saturday Morning Slam – all new next Saturday at 10:30 AM on the CW.
