WWE Signs Olympian, Rey Mysterio Not Pushing Return, Goldust’s Fountain Of Youth

- WWE has signed 2012 Olympian Chas Betts to a developmental contract. Betts, 27, announced the signing via Facebook over the weekend. He’s scheduled to start at the WWE Performance Center on Monday. Click here for coverage by NBC OlympicTalk.

- Scott Fishman of The Miami Herald has a new article online featuring quotes from Rey Mysterio. In it, Mysterio said he still needs a bit more therapy before he makes a full-time return to the ring due his left knee injury. He said if he doesn’t return by the end of the year, he’ll be back next year. Mysterio stressed the need to take his time and not push it. You can read the article in its entirety at this link.
