WWE Signs OVW Regular Marcus Anthony; New 3-Disc DVD Set On CM Punk In The Works

- WWE has signed Marcus Anthony to a developmental contract. Anthony was a regular in Ohio Valley Wrestling, which ironically enough, is the official developmental territory of TNA. (Thanks to WNW reader Fernando for his help with this information.)

- WWE currently has a new three-disc DVD set in the works based on the life and career of CM Punk. Punk has a large role in what is included in the set.

    Unless they can get the ROH stuff, I wonder what will go on discs 2-3.

      Proably his amazing ECW stuff with John Morrison. He’s been in WWE for 5 years now. There’s plenty of stuff for them to put.

      By the time the DVD comes out, he'll have been on the main roster for six years. I think they'll be fine for material!

    Punks feud with Chavo in ECW was pretty entertaining too. Like the first ever Gulf Of Mexico match! Gimmicky yes but amusing. And Punk hitting Chavo with a guitar during his championship fiesta. Good times
