We are live on tape from London, Ontario, Canada and your announcers are Michael Cole and John Layfield.

Matt Hardy and Chris Benoit vs. Mike Mizanin and Montell Vontavious Porter
The start:
Benoit and Porter start things off and Benoit with knees and a forearm followed by an Irish whip. Porter with punches and kicks but the referee pulls Porter out of the corner and admonishes him. Benoit with punches and chops and Hardy is tagged in. Hardy with a back elbow for a near fall. Porter tags in Mizanin and he connects with forearms and kicks. Hardy sends Mizanin into the corner and punches him. Benoit is tagged in and he kicks Mizanin in the ribs and follows that with a backbreaker.
Mid-match notes:
Benoit with a snap suplex for a two count. Benoit with a forearm and then he goes after Porter on the apron but that allows Mizanin to hit Benoit from behind. Mizanin with a hard Irish whip but Benoit gets his foot on the rope on the cover. Mizanin punches Benoit but Benoit with a head butt. Mizanin with a kick followed by a slam and leg drop for a near fall. Benoit takes Mizanin down and they are in the ropes. Mizanin with shoulders in the corner followed by a neckbreaker for a two count. Benoit blocks a suplex attempt with knees and hits a suplex of his own. Hardy is tagged in and he hits clotheslines followed by an Irish whip but Mizanin with an elbow. Hardy with a punch that sends Mizanin into the corner. Hardy with a sit out power bomb from the corner for a near fall. Hardy with an elbow from the second turnbuckle followed by a Side Effect. Porter breaks up the cover and Benoit with a German suplex to Porter and Porter goes outside the ring. Hardy clotheslines Mizanin over the top rope to the floor. We go to commercial. We are back and Mizanin is working over Hardy in the corner with kicks and punches. Mizanin with a side Russian leg sweep for a two count but he misses an elbow. Hardy with punches followed by a side head lock take down.
Mizanin backs Hardy into the corner and while Mizanin was with the referee, Porter tries to interfere. Mizanin with a clothesline to Hardy and then Porter with a boot to Hardy while hanging over the apron. Mizanin punches Hardy after getting a near fall. Porter tags in and he punches Hardy followed by a snap mare and kick to the back. Porter continues to work on Hardy’s head and neck. Porter slams Hardy’s head into the mat for a near fall. Mizanin is tagged back in and he hits a running clothesline into the corner. Porter tags in and he hits the running boot to the head in the corner but Porter can only get a two count. Porter with a front face lock and Mizanin tags back in. Mizanin continues to work on the neck and he chokes Hardy in the ropes. Mizanin leaps off Hardy’s back and then drop Hardy’s throat across the middle rope and he gets a two count. Mizanin with a rear chin lock. Hardy punches back but Mizanin with a drop toe hold and Porter is tagged in. Porter with an elbow to Hardy for a two count. Porter with a front face lock. Hardy tries for the Twist of Fate but Porter blocks it. Hardy with a bulldog and both men are down.
The Finish:
Benoit and Mizanin tag in and Benoit with a running double sledge and knees. Benoit knocks Porter off the apron. Benoit tries to put Mizanin in the sharpshooter and Hardy takes care of Porter’s attempted interference and then hits a pescado onto Porter. Benoit is unsuccessful with the sharpshooter, but he is able to get Mizanin to tap to the Crippler Crossface.
Winners - Matt Hardy and Chris Benoit
Backstage:
We see Hornswoggle getting ready for Little Boogeyman. Finlay gives Hornswoggle his hat as well as a pep talk as we go to commercial.

Jillian Hall vs. Michelle McCool
The start:
Jillian with a side head lock but Michelle with a reversal and side head lock. Jillian with a head scissors but Michelle escapes. Jillian with an arm bar but Michelle reverses and hits a side Russian leg sweep. Jillian with a snap mare but Michelle counters with a body scissors and then she rolls Jillian around the ring.
Mid-match notes:
Jillian sends Michelle outside the ring and then she kicks Michelle when she comes back in the ring. Jillian with a snap mare and kick to the back for a two count. Jillian chokes Michelle in the ropes. Jillian with a forearm and knee to the head. Jillian with an Irish whip and then he hits a handspring back elbow for a near fall. Jillian stretches Michelle over her knee but Michelle with a knee to Jillian’s head to get out of the hold. Michelle with a belly-to-back suplex followed by a back elbow and slam. Michelle with a belly-to-belly suplex for a two count.
The Finish:
Michelle slams Jillian’s head into the turnbuckle but Jillian pushes Michelle out of the corner and then slams her head into the mat. Jillian with a handspring leg drop for a two count. From out of nowhere, Ashley Massaro comes out and this distracts Jillian. Michelle with a backbreaker for the three count.
Winner - Michelle McCool
Backstage:
We see Boogeyman getting Little Boogey ready for his match against Hornswoggle. We go to commercial.
Referee: Mickey Hensen
Little Boogeyman vs. Hornswoggle
Hornswoggle throws his hat at Little Boogey and he spits worms into the hat before giving it back to Hornswoggle. Little Boogey with double thrusts into the throat and then he slams Hornswoggle. Little Boogey is handed worms by Boogeyman and he throws them in Hornswoggle’s face. Hornswoggle spits green mist into Little Boogey’s face and then he kicks Little Boogey out of the ring. Finlay comes out from under the ring and he attacks Little Boogey and rolls him back into the ring. Boogeyman and Finlay fight on the floor but Hornswoggle hits a Thesz Press onto Boogeyman. While the referee focuses on the action outside the ring, Finlay hits Boogeyman with the shillelagh. Hornswoggle goes up top and hits a frog splash for the three count.
Winner - Hornswoggle
Mark Henry:
We go to comments from Mark Henry where he claims to be the king of the jungle and he fears no man or beast. Some say that his opponent is a monster, but he calls him prey. Tonight the world will see that a monster is no match for a silverback. We go to commercial.

Mark Henry vs. Kane
The start:
Henry sends Kane into the corner on a collar and elbow tie up. Kane gets into Henry’s face and then he punches Henry. Kane tries to Irish whip Henry but Henry will not move. Henry sends Kane into the corner and misses a charge when Kane moves. Kane tries to slam Henry but he is unsuccessful. Henry slams Kane and then punches him. Kane with a boot when Henry charges at him. Kane punches Henry and Henry goes outside to regroup.
Mid-match notes:
Henry with a punch and head butt instead of giving a clean break. Henry with a forearm to the ribs and then he tries to Irish whip Kane but Kane blocks it. Kane sends Henry into the corner and hits a running clothesline. Henry goes outside the ring one more time. Henry returns to the ring and he punches Kane followed by an Irish whip and power slam for a two count. Henry with a forearm to Kane followed by a splash into the corner. Henry kicks Kane in the ribs followed by forearms to the kidney area. Henry continues to work on the back and then he punches Kane in the corner. Kane punches back but Henry with a shoulder tackle. Henry misses a splash when Kane rolls out of the way.
The Finish:
Kane with a DDT and elbow drops followed by a leg drop for a two count. Kane goes up top for the jumping clothesline and he hits it. Kane sets for the choke slam but Henry rolls outside the ring. Kane with a baseball slide to Henry and then Kane comes off the apron and Henry catches Kane and puts Kane in a bear hug and runs Kane’s back into the ring post. Kane is counted out.
Winner by count out, Mark Henry
The Aftermath:
After the match, Kane returns to the ring but Henry leaves. We go to commercial.
Backstage:
We are back and Kristal Marshall is with Edge. Kristal wants to know what is going to happen tonight on the Cutting Edge. Edge says that he will be asking the tough questions. He says that people are wrong when they say that he is afraid of Batista because he beat Taker and Batista in the center of the ring. He has nothing to be afraid of. After their cage match, Batista will be begging to get off of his show.
Backstage:
Deuce, Domino, and Cherry are in the interview area and they are asked about the draft. Domino says that they are not going into the army since they did not fill out those cards. He also says that he could not see either of them in buzz cuts. Then they are asked about the tag title match. Deuce reminds everyone that they are the tag team champions and they leave as Domino holds Deuce back. We go to commercial.
WWE Tag Team Championship Match
Referee: Jim Korderas
Brian Kendrick and Paul London vs. David Taylor and William Regal vs. Deuce and Domino (c)
The start:
Regal and Domino start things off and Deuce hits Regal from behind to allow Domino to take control. Regal with a back elbow followed by knees and punches. Taylor is tagged in and he connects with a series of European uppercuts. London tags himself into the match. London with a side head lock and shoulder tackle. London with a flying shoulder tackle and Taylor goes down. Regal tags back in and he puts London in a side head lock. London with a top wrist lock but Regal with a leg trip.
Mid-match notes:
London tries for a monkey flip but Regal counters and drops London on the mat. Taylor tags in and misses an elbow drop. Kendrick tags in and he hits an elbow to the arm. Kendrick with a hammer lock and gets a near fall. Kendrick and Taylor with a Greco Roman knuckle lock but Taylor kicks Kendrick and then he has Kendrick in a cravat. Regal is tagged back in and he has Kendrick in a front face lock. Deuce tags himself in and Kendrick with a side head lock. Kendrick with a kick to the face for a near fall. London tags in and he hits a double stomp on the arm. Deuce punches London and tags in Domino. London with a hip toss and arm drag into an arm bar. Kendrick tags in and he works on Domino’s arm. Kendrick with a side head lock and he punches Domino in the head. Taylor tags in and he hits a snap mare on Kendrick and puts him in a cravat. Taylor with a head butt to Kendrick. Kendrick tries for a sunset flip but Taylor does not go over and he punches Kendrick in the head. Taylor with a back breaker but Kendrick gets out of the hold and he catapults Taylor and then hits a cross body that sends both of them over the top rope to the floor as we go to commercial. We are back and Kendrick has Deuce in a side head lock. Deuce gets out of the hold and Kendrick kicks Deuce in the leg followed by a forearm.
Kendrick with a cross body for a two count. Kendrick gets Deuce in a front face lock but Deuce sends Kendrick over the top rope. Kendrick holds on and tries to skin the cat but Domino kicks Kendrick and Kendrick goes to the floor. Deuce gets a two count and then he stomps on Kendrick’s midsection. Domino is tagged in and he kicks Kendrick and gets a two count. Domino with a cobra clutch but Kendrick with a jawbreaker and Taylor tags in. Taylor with a European uppercut and Regal is tagged in and they hit a double slam for a two count. Regal with a back elbow and then he kicks Kendrick out of the ring. Regal with a butterfly suplex from the apron back into the ring and then he punches Kendrick. Taylor tags in and he kicks Kendrick. Kendrick tries to fight back but Taylor with another European uppercut. Taylor with an arm bar and crossface on Kendrick. Taylor slams Kendrick and then he returns to the arm bar. Regal is tagged in and Kendrick with kicks and a back slide for a near fall. Regal with a clothesline to Kendrick. Kendrick with an enzuigiri to Taylor and Regal tags back in. Regal with a half nelson suplex but Deuce makes the save on the cover. Domino tags in and he misses a splash in the corner. London tags in and he kicks Deuce on the apron before getting into the ring.
The Finish:
London with a forearm and drop kick followed by a spin kick and flapjack. London with a reverse atomic drop and kicks followed by a shooting star press cover for a two count. Kendrick and Regal fight in the ring before Kendrick hits a pescado onto both men. London goes up top and Deuce tries to stop him but London sends Deuce back into the ring. Cherry pushes London off the turnbuckles and Domino gets the three count.
Winners and still WWE Tag Team Champions, Deuce and Domino
Backstage:
We go to the Office where Teddy Long is with Vickie Guerrero and Kristal Marshall. Teddy says that he likes Vickie’s idea for the lumberjack match. Teddy wants to know why Kristal is so blue and she says that she is worried about the draft because she might be separated from Teddy. Teddy says that he hopes it does not happen but if it happens, he wants to be sent to that same brand. Kristal asks if Teddy is willing to give up his general manager position for her. Teddy says that he loves Kristal and he would give up everything to be with her. Vickie says that she hopes it does not happen but if it did happen, she would run Smackdown with the same high standards as Teddy. Vickie tells Teddy and Kristal to leave a little early. Teddy is hesitant to leave Vickie in charge but Kristal says that she has that special outfit. Teddy tells Vickie to turn the lights out when the show ends.
Backstage:
Edge is walking into commercial.
In the arena:
We are back with the Cutting Edge as Edge comes to the ring. He welcomes us to the Smackdown premiere of the Cutting Edge. Edge brings out his first guest and it is the number one contender to the World Title, Batista. Batista comes out to the ring. Edge tells Dave that this is not physical so he asks Dave to take a seat. Edge says that it is a pleasure to have him on the show and a lot of people thought Edge was crazy to have him in the same ring so close to their cage match. Edge says that he was not intimidated by him. Edge points out that they were in the ring at Judgment Day and Edge beat Batista. Edge says that Batista might be a little intimidated. Batista takes off his jacket and Edge wants to know what Batista is doing. Batista says that Edge’s voice makes it sound like he is afraid of Batista. Batista says that if Edge is talking about stealing the title from the Undertaker then Edge is right about doing something in three seconds that Batista could not do in three months. Edge points out that he is the champion but Batista tells him to wait until One Night Stand. Edge says that he will not be at a disadvantage inside the steel cage. Edge says that Batista will have to think about choking one more time for the title. Edge wishes Dave luck. Batista wishes Edge luck. Edge says that he does not need Batista’s luck and Batista says that Edge does need it. As Edge pokes Batista in the chest, Batista responds in kind, just like he did with the face wash and slap on the arm. Edge says that he is not afraid of Batista and slaps him. Batista tells Edge that he should be and Batista punches Edge. We go to credits.
