Hiya! How is everyone doing tonight? Recovering from eating too much turkey and other goodies? Or recovering from stepping into a store on the craziest shopping day of the year?

    • David Jr.

Hello there, The only shopping I did was at WWEShop bought my brother a few t-shirts. So with yesterday being Thanksgiving, you think Smackdown can beat Impact Watch Party for the 3rd week in a row?

      • http://www.wrestlingnewsworld.com/ Kendra Bunyon

I’ll be shocked if it doesn’t! Impact only had 122 comments.

I went out to drop a couple of kids off and get some kitty litter, I came home with a cat tree for 1/2 price. I wasn’t planning on actually shopping, but it was something we have needed for a while, and at that price I couldn’t pass it up. They helped me get it into the car (barely), and the cats love it.

        • David Jr.

Cat Tree, Like a Christmas Cat Tree or just a regular tree. Even though I am not a WNW Staff, Smackdown Watch Party kind of seems like my child.

          • http://www.wrestlingnewsworld.com/ Kendra Bunyon

Like carpeted layers of climbing and sleeping spots for the cats to drape on. I’m hoping it keeps them out of our Christmas tree, at least some. We have a couple of kittens in our herd and I know we’re going to have issues with climbing. We’re going with non-breakables on the tree this year, then put the breakables on Sam’s little tree in a place they can’t break them – hopefully.

The SD OTP wouldn’t be what it is without you. You’re the one who’s pushed me to be here each week. It’s mostly you who drives Friday nights.

          • David Jr.

That reminds me a story for from the past at work, when one of the preschoolers would tell you all the time how her cat knocked down her Christmas Tree and mommy wasn’t happy because she broke some old family ornaments.

          • http://www.wrestlingnewsworld.com/ Kendra Bunyon

Awe! We’re trying to stop that from happening before it starts. We’re going to anchor the tree from above, a couple places. Sam has a little tree we always put up, and we will decorate that with the breakables – hopefully, if we can find a safe place for it.

          • Ashley

Thankfully my cats have always left our trees alone. They like to hide under the big one but I am fine with that!

          • http://www.wrestlingnewsworld.com/ Kendra Bunyon

Ours like to lay under there and look up, but the new kittens love to climb everything they can. Right now they’re cuddled on the top level of the cat tree.

          • Ashley

So I have to ask, did Sam get to watch any of Total Divas from Sunday?

          • http://www.wrestlingnewsworld.com/ Kendra Bunyon

She’s been home all week, so I haven’t had a chance to watch it, so she’s not seen it yet. I told her that you sent me a message that there’s a lot of sex in it, and that it’s not appropriate for her. She understood and was good about it.

          • Ashley

That’s good she is so understanding. As I was watchingI just thought she would get to see maybe 10 mins, lol. Definitely not PG!

          • http://www.wrestlingnewsworld.com/ Kendra Bunyon

I appreciate you telling me, as she had the week off, so I wouldn’t have had a chance to watch it while she was in school. She’s usually good about those things.

          • Ashley

            No problem!

          • David Jr.

Her cat’s name is Paco and one year later she still tell you how Paco broke her Christmas Tree.

          • http://www.wrestlingnewsworld.com/ Kendra Bunyon

When I was little, I was the one who knocked over the tree. I didn’t realize that my books were what was leveling the tree and started pulling them out from under the tree skirt to read. Then crash!

    • The Breaker

I stay out of all the Black Friday madness. More power to the people that enjoy that sort of thing, but I prefer to stay home and munch on leftovers.

      • http://www.wrestlingnewsworld.com/ Kendra Bunyon

I don’t enjoy it, and always avoid it, as I said below, I needed litter, and managed to get a great deal while I was out.

        • The Breaker

Well I applaud the fact that you went out shopping today for something that’s actually necessary. So many people are out for tablets and things like that.

          • http://www.wrestlingnewsworld.com/ Kendra Bunyon

No, I don’t like crowds, and crazy frantic shopping isn’t my thing.

          • The Breaker

Shopping online is pretty much the way to go.

          • http://www.wrestlingnewsworld.com/ Kendra Bunyon

Agreed, and I’ve done more and more of it the past couple years.

    • Ashley

I stayed home for the first in probably 10 years. It was nice and still scored some deals online.

      • http://www.wrestlingnewsworld.com/ Kendra Bunyon

I should look for more online sales. I like to do as much shopping online as possible.

        • Ashley

I paid $29 for this Craftsman tool chest that is normally $100. Could not believe it! Plus I picked store delivery so no shipping either! Makes me want to just stick to online shopping, lol.

        • David Jr.

Black Friday here in Michigan was kind of weak. I drove by a few stores and the only store that was pack was Toys R Us.

  • Sean McMillan

Recovering from working a 2 am – 3pm Black Friday shift lol. So close enough. -.-

    • http://www.wrestlingnewsworld.com/ Kendra Bunyon

      I’m so sorry!

  • http://www.wrestlingnewsworld.com/ Kendra Bunyon

    Is Orty limping a bit?

    • The Breaker

Well, he can’t possibly be selling. We know he can’t do that.

      • http://www.wrestlingnewsworld.com/ Kendra Bunyon

Understatement. I loved watching Show sell on RAW, he was showing how it should be done!

  • The Breaker

Orton’s feeling insecure! I don’t like the direction they’re taking with his character. This isn’t the Viper!

    • Ashley

      I second that!

      • The Breaker

I was so ready for Orton to turn heel, but they even found a way to drop the ball with that. It’s really not even Orton’s fault. As with most things wrong with WWE these days, the blame falls squarely on Creative.

  • The Breaker

Bets on Vickie getting various desserts smashed against her face?

    • http://www.wrestlingnewsworld.com/ Kendra Bunyon

Well, who got it last year? Last night was Gail Kim, who was unexpected for me, but Vic is such an easy and obvious target.

    • Alex Gallardo

      It’s bound to happen.

  • http://www.wrestlingnewsworld.com/ Kendra Bunyon

Ticks me off that people don’t know how to carve a turkey, especially on TV! It’s not that hard!

  • David Jr.

Since Triple H himself said the Brand Extension is over, why do we still need a GM for Raw and Smackdown?

  • Alex Gallardo

I almost forgot about the watch party tonight, but I’m glad I remembered. It’s always nice here on this site.

  • http://www.wrestlingnewsworld.com/ Kendra Bunyon

I love that Henry is paying back by working with Big E, and specifically asked to work with Big E. Shows there’s a lot of people who believe in the boobs.

    • David Jr.

      The Boobs?

      • Alex Gallardo

I would not suggest that name if you’re planning on getting them over.

        • http://www.wrestlingnewsworld.com/ Kendra Bunyon

That would be funny, the Boobs & Baldy? I was specifically talking about Big E’s Double Ds.

          • Alex Gallardo

Yeah, I’m just realizing that. Still, Mark Henry’s pecs are big too, he just hides them.

          • http://www.wrestlingnewsworld.com/ Kendra Bunyon

But it’s the way E’s are shaped. The look more like boobs than most of the guys. I think if he didn’t wear a singlet the way he does, they wouldn’t look as raunchy.

          • Alex Gallardo

I would love him to go on Chat Roulette or some other site like that and see how many people can fall for his chest and think he’s a girl. Their reactions would be PRICELESS when they find out it’s Big E

          • http://www.wrestlingnewsworld.com/ Kendra Bunyon

Only problem is that he’s so wide.

          • David Jr.

Maybe he did what Goldust wanted to do?

      • http://www.wrestlingnewsworld.com/ Kendra Bunyon

        Big E’s pecs.

    • The Breaker

Those boobs have more charisma than Ryback does in his entire body.

  • The Breaker

Brodus is going heel! Knew they were up to something when Woods took his song.

    • http://www.wrestlingnewsworld.com/ Kendra Bunyon

If he can keep it straight!

  • http://www.wrestlingnewsworld.com/ Kendra Bunyon

Brodus lost it and smiled in there.

    • The Breaker

I wasn’t paying attention and had to go back. It wasn’t even a slight smile. He broke out into a full-on laugh!

      • http://www.wrestlingnewsworld.com/ Kendra Bunyon

Right! He has to watch that.

        • The Breaker

It has to be tough to go from being a smiling oaf to an arrogant heel. It makes you appreciate how easily Big Show makes the switch.

          • David Jr.

After 100 face/heel turns Big Show’s got the experience like few ever had.

          • http://www.wrestlingnewsworld.com/ Kendra Bunyon

Big Show is one that younger wrestlers should look to. He’s done so much in wrestling, and knows so much.

          • David Jr.

He’s one of the few Big mens in wrestling history that probably still had been successful even if he wasn’t one.

          • http://www.wrestlingnewsworld.com/ Kendra Bunyon

He has everything needed to be a star, so you’re right, size wouldn’t matter. Khali, on the other hand, not so much. Then again, if he wasn’t huge, maybe he’d have some style and skills would work better?

          • David Jr.

If Khali was smaller, he might of actually trained more and not just get by on his size.

          • http://www.wrestlingnewsworld.com/ Kendra Bunyon

Exactly. His size makes him so ungainly and a mess moving. Maybe he would have more grace and able to do moves if he wasn’t so huge. Never know.

          • David Jr.

Though as bad as Great Khali is he’s not the worse big men in history that would be nearly 8 ft tall (at least he billed as that) El Gigante/Giant Gonzales.

          • http://www.wrestlingnewsworld.com/ Kendra Bunyon

Yeah, there have been worse than Khali. Sad to say.

  • The Breaker

Liking Woods’ Black Ranger shirt BTW!

  • The Breaker

They were eating to face Cesaro? Is it more eating or a match?

    • BlazeKing

You just wait and see what happens…

      • The Breaker

When you say it that way, it can’t be good…

      • http://www.wrestlingnewsworld.com/ Kendra Bunyon

I really don’t want to see projectile vomiting on SD!

  • The Breaker

The Plymouth Rockers? Not their best gimmick idea but I like that they’re keeping up the changes with 3MB.

    • http://www.wrestlingnewsworld.com/ Kendra Bunyon

I like it, and it does makes sense due to location. This whole thing reminds me of Show’s changing personalities.

  • David Jr.

Is Los Matadores vs. 3MB the Chavo Guerrero vs. Hornswoggle feud of 2013, The feud that never ends (in words of Charlie Horse).

    • http://www.wrestlingnewsworld.com/ Kendra Bunyon

It goes on and on my friend.

      • David Jr.

And they’ll continue feuding forever just because

  • The Breaker

Why does Brodus consider himself a “main event player”? He barely even wrestles on TV!

  • David Jr.

Is it odd that I laughed at the Mr. Potato Head joke by JBL?

  • David Jr.

Since Slammy’s are coming up, who is the Superstar of the Year? My pic actually would be John Cena.

    • http://www.wrestlingnewsworld.com/ Kendra Bunyon

Fan choice would probably be Bry.

      • The Breaker

        WWE wouldn’t allow that though.

        • http://www.wrestlingnewsworld.com/ Kendra Bunyon

          Sad, but true.

          • David Jr.

The one year they had a mini tournament to determine the Wrestler of the Year, which was dumb.

          • http://www.wrestlingnewsworld.com/ Kendra Bunyon

That was lame. Made no sense.

          • David Jr.

That be like LeBron James, Kevin Durant, Paul George and Chris Paul at the end of the NBA Season playing one on one to determine the MVP.

  • The Breaker

I hope Bryan doesn’t come back as a heel.

    • http://www.wrestlingnewsworld.com/ Kendra Bunyon

I agree, I think it would kill a lot of what he’s built with the fans.

      • The Breaker

It definitely would. I’m not a conspiracy theorist, but it’s strange that whenever someone gets close to taking over the top spot they get their push derailed.

        • http://www.wrestlingnewsworld.com/ Kendra Bunyon

And Bry was on fire to the top.

          • The Breaker

Could it be Creative meddling with things to keep Cena on top?

          • http://www.wrestlingnewsworld.com/ Kendra Bunyon

Possibly, but I think it might be more than that. What exactly? I’m not sure, but it feels like more. No one will unseat Cena for a while, even Bry doing so well. There’s something more going on trying to keep Bry down.

          • The Breaker

I hate to think that the SummerSlam buyrate is the reason. It’s not right to blame that on any single performer.

          • The Breaker

I hate to think that the SummerSlam buyrate is the reason. It’s not right to blame that on any single performer.

          • http://www.wrestlingnewsworld.com/ Kendra Bunyon

Cena really is the top draw of the WWE. he has been, and will be for quite a while. Like him or hate him, he is. There’s a number of main event players, but Cena is the man right now, and I don’t think Bry, or anyone can unseat Cena until he’s ready to be unseated.

          • The Breaker

That may be true, but WWE won’t even give him the chance to take a run at it.

          • http://www.wrestlingnewsworld.com/ Kendra Bunyon

It seems as though they’re afraid of Bry for some reason.

          • The Breaker

Afraid of what? Making money? Putting out a good wrestling product?

          • David Jr.

I think SummerSlam buyrate suffered because everyone knew Daniel Bryan wouldn’t be walking out WWE Champion, because even if he got by John Cena, Randy Orton was going to cash in, so to people it’s the same old same old, John Cena or Randy Orton as WWE Champion.

          • The Breaker

No doubt that was a factor into people not buying in. Creative could’ve set that up a lot better.

        • http://www.wrestlingnewsworld.com/ Kendra Bunyon

And Bry was on fire to the top.

    • David Jr.

Maybe this is like Cody Rhodes, Anyone know when his wedding to Brie is suppose to be?

  • The Breaker

Titus is going to get swung by Cesaro and throw up… hope I’m wrong!

Please, no barf. I can’t even handle my kids barfing!

      • The Breaker

        Censored barf into JBL’s hat!

        • BlazeKing

          I warned you, lol.

          • The Breaker

            And onto Cole! SMH.

          • The Breaker

And Zeb Coulter! Make it stop!

          • The Breaker

The handwriting was on the wall! Oh well. Better that this happens on SmackDown than RAW.

          • http://www.wrestlingnewsworld.com/ Kendra Bunyon

I would be refusing to write it if it was happening on Raw.

        • http://www.wrestlingnewsworld.com/ Kendra Bunyon

Did it go on Cole’s head? I was ignoring it.

          • BlazeKing

Cole wasn’t the only one with barf on his head!

          • http://www.wrestlingnewsworld.com/ Kendra Bunyon

            I saw.

  • David Jr.

Is the unification match good or bad? The good thing about it, is ADR won’t have a title match at TLC.

    • The Breaker

From what I understand, it won’t be a unification. The winner will supposedly be the Undisputed champ, but I doubt that’ll even happen.

      • http://www.wrestlingnewsworld.com/ Kendra Bunyon

Lots of talk of them swapping titles, but I hope not. It will draw things out well, but too cliche.

        • David Jr.

The only reason they’d do that is so John Cena could pass Ric Flair.

          • http://www.wrestlingnewsworld.com/ Kendra Bunyon

No matter what happens, Cena will be passing Flair. I’ll be shocked if it doesn’t happen.

Wasn’t too long ago we were expecting Trip to pass Flair.

          • David Jr.

I agree, I meant to say so John Cena could pass Ric Flair quicker.

          • http://www.wrestlingnewsworld.com/ Kendra Bunyon

Honestly, looking at rep and career, who would be better than Cena? I am shocked Trip didn’t, and wonder if he held back for their friendship.

          • David Jr.

I wouldn’t be upset if John Cena passed Ric Flair, Though I do wonder how many Kurt Angle and Sting has, because WWE won’t acknowledge TNA TItle.

          • http://www.wrestlingnewsworld.com/ Kendra Bunyon

            True. Let me look.

          • http://www.wrestlingnewsworld.com/ Kendra Bunyon

            Sting – 5 TNA/NWA & 6 WCW WHC = 11
            Angle – 5 TNA & 1 WCW & 1 WWE WHC & 4 WWE = 11

Huh, I didn’t think they’d end up with the same number!

          • http://www.wrestlingnewsworld.com/ Kendra Bunyon

            Sting – 5 TNA/NWA & 6 WCW WHC = 11
            Angle – 5 TNA & 1 WCW & 1 WWE WHC & 4 WWE = 11

Huh, I didn’t think they’d end up with the same number!

          • David Jr.

I have a hard time figuring them out, because like Does Kurt Angle’s WCW Championship count as a World Title? Sting won the WCW International World Heavyweight Championship twice, do they recognize that as a World Title? Didn’t Kurt Angle when a World Title in Japan, do you count that?

          • http://www.wrestlingnewsworld.com/ Kendra Bunyon

I went with the biggest titles in TNA, WWE & WCW. If there wa ECW, I’d have used those too.

          • David Jr.

So how many did you come up for the 2?

          • http://www.wrestlingnewsworld.com/ Kendra Bunyon

            It’s right below here.

          • David Jr.

i think Sting won the title in NWA, I’d count that too.

          • http://www.wrestlingnewsworld.com/ Kendra Bunyon

I have it listed as the NWA/TNA. Don’t you see it below?

          • David Jr.

I had to refresh to see it, but now I do, but when I said Sting, he won the NWA World Title before it broke off to become WCW, July of 1990, did you count that one?

          • http://www.wrestlingnewsworld.com/ Kendra Bunyon

            I didn’t, but I should, that’s still only 12.

          • David Jr.

It seemed like TNA a few years back use to call Kurt Angle a 13 time world champion, that’s why i asked, but Dixie Carter did call Pacman Jones a former world champion, so TNA probably counts tag titles too.

          • http://www.wrestlingnewsworld.com/ Kendra Bunyon

TNA would call anything given the chance.

          • David Jr.

Is the reason I have to refresh sometimes to see some of the comments, is that a Disqus problem?

          • http://www.wrestlingnewsworld.com/ Kendra Bunyon

No clue, I’m not having that problem, but I did have it last week. It’s Disqus being a butt.

          • David Jr.

I’ve been having it for like a month now.

          • http://www.wrestlingnewsworld.com/ Kendra Bunyon

That’s strange. I have no clue, I know nothing about how any of this works. I am barely computer literate. I have Stacy to make my computer work for me.

          • David Jr.

            Maybe its my computer.

          • http://www.wrestlingnewsworld.com/ Kendra Bunyon

I could be that as well. I honestly don’t know how any of this works.

          • David Jr.

Funny thing is if anything happens to my brother’s, mother’s and sister’s computer, they ask me to help. My father use to be the same way, too.

All signs point to another screwy finish. WWE is really shooting themselves in the foot.

All signs point to another screwy finish. WWE is really shooting themselves in the foot.

      • David Jr.

In Triple H’s weekly Wednesday video on WWE.com, he said with the Brand Extension being over, he wants only one Champion, so my understanding it was.

        • The Breaker

I think he meant one Undisputed WWE Champion. Meaning that they won’t combine the belts.

  • The Breaker

It’s good to have Ambrose on commentary. It feels like we don’t get to hear him talk enough.

    • http://www.wrestlingnewsworld.com/ Kendra Bunyon

He’s so dry, so deadpan, almost sounds slightly stoned, that almost anything he says it hysterical!

      • The Breaker

There’s so much nuance in everything he does– the way he moves and speaks is interesting to the point that you want to make sure to pay attention to it all. More people need to figure out how he does it.

        • http://www.wrestlingnewsworld.com/ Kendra Bunyon

I’ve mentioned how much Amb reminds me of Hall, but his mic work is so much better!

          • http://www.wrestlingnewsworld.com/ Kendra Bunyon

And he has given Cody props for some of his work in this match.

          • The Breaker

There definitely is some of Hall in his character. I did notice how he put them over in the match. He’s the total opposite of ADR. All he talks about is perros and how everyone is a gringo.

          • http://www.wrestlingnewsworld.com/ Kendra Bunyon

It’s something in Amb’s facial expressions, and the way he moves that I see Hall, and more than Hall, I see Razor Ramon. It’s in the character Hall played that I see in Amb.

          • http://www.wrestlingnewsworld.com/ Kendra Bunyon

Amb has some of the early AE theatrics, and makes it work today. That’s something special.

          • The Breaker

He definitely has an old school, nostalgic way about him, reminiscent of Razor. Maybe we see Bryan be his HBK?

          • http://www.wrestlingnewsworld.com/ Kendra Bunyon

Bry has a told of HBK, and a lot of young Benoit – with personality – in him.

          • http://www.wrestlingnewsworld.com/ Kendra Bunyon

Bry and Amb, allowed to go full on, could make a WM worth buying.

          • The Breaker

The same could be said with Bryan and Punk.

          • http://www.wrestlingnewsworld.com/ Kendra Bunyon

They really could, but there’s something so fresh and different about Amb that I would be salivating for that. It was his work with bry while Bry was ‘fired’ that got him into the WWE in the first place, so it would be terrible apropos for them to fight at WM. I guess the same could be said for Bry and Punk though – their work together in ROH got them noticed.

          • The Breaker

Either of those would be excellent. No one ever thought we’d ever see them in WWE, so to have them work together on the biggest stage would be an incredible moment.

        It’s all in his delivery.

  • David Jr.

Dean Ambrose the longest reigning Champion in WWE, when was the last time he defended the title?
Smackdown Watch Party has now beat Impact Watch Party for the 3rd week in a row.

    • The Breaker

All the same people are here. Not sure why but apparently we’re more chatty on Fridays.

      • http://www.wrestlingnewsworld.com/ Kendra Bunyon

Last night was quite quiet, but the weeks before Jesse was chatty during Impact as well. Very strange.

      • David Jr.

A few months ago it was just me.

        • http://www.wrestlingnewsworld.com/ Kendra Bunyon

I know, and you pushed to get us in here. You deserve the credit for this.

          • David Jr.

How come RG never pops in and say hi in any of these Watch Parties?

          • http://www.wrestlingnewsworld.com/ Kendra Bunyon

I think he’s letting Jesse and I handle it. He spends so much time on the site, and we all try to do what we can to take any pressure we can off him. He spends his time during the shows posting news and watching it all very closely to see what is happening that others might miss.

          • David Jr.

Well you and Jesse do a great job.

          • http://www.wrestlingnewsworld.com/ Kendra Bunyon

Thanks, we try. It’s Jesse who impresses me. He does wonderful on Mondays. I couldn’t keep up the way does.

  • The Breaker

The legacy of Teddy Long’s SmackDown lives on!

  • David Jr.

In the corner CM Punk’s probably going to Rey, It’s great that we’re on the same team, hey remember when I sang Happy Birthday creepily to your daughter.

    • http://www.wrestlingnewsworld.com/ Kendra Bunyon

That was really creepy! Forgot about that! Rey’s kids have both been in creepy storylines.

      • David Jr.

She seemed generally creeped out by it when it happened. And yeah his son being in the story line where Eddie was “his father” and he approached him in the park, that was creepy too.

        • http://www.wrestlingnewsworld.com/ Kendra Bunyon

But Uncle Eddie was a big part of Rey’s kids’ lives, so that wasn’t a biggie, and I herd that Dom really had a blast with it.

Knowing Punk, even though he’s an ass, he has to have talked to her about it. He wouldn’t have wanted to scare her. I can see him being great with younger kids, just not as great with adults.

          • David Jr.

Oh I’m sure he had fun with it. It still creepy to me, that’s the preschool teacher in me talking.

  • The Breaker

Has it been like 40 straight minutes of action? YES! YES! YES!

    • David Jr.

Even though he stood on the apron some of the match, the fact that Goldust in his 40s was out there the entire time, was impressive.

      • http://www.wrestlingnewsworld.com/ Kendra Bunyon

When Vic came out to make it 12 on 12, Reigns looked about to cry. He was in from word go, and worked it hard. But that’s how he proves himself.

        • David Jr.

I asked earlier who was the Superstar of the Year, but I think there’s no doubt, Roman Reigns is the most Improved WWE wrestler this year.

          • http://www.wrestlingnewsworld.com/ Kendra Bunyon

Absolutely! He was the green one on the team, now he’s looking like a huge star, and being treated like one with the direction he’s going.

          • David Jr.

Working with Rollins and Ambrose the entire year, being part of the Anoa’i family, and working against guys like Kane and Bryan, he had alot of great teachers.

  • David Jr.

Smackdown’s over and no Haven, what am I to do?

    • http://www.wrestlingnewsworld.com/ Kendra Bunyon

I know! It’s so wrong that Haven isn’t on!

      • David Jr.

And we only have 2 episodes left, and then have to wait 9 months again, if there even is a fifth season.

        • http://www.wrestlingnewsworld.com/ Kendra Bunyon

Be shocked if there isn’t. The fans love it, and it’s doing so well.

          • David Jr.

Some Cable Shows have a story to tell in so many years and when they reach that conclusion, I.E. Breaking Bad, they end it, so I wasn’t sure if they have the Haven story all planned out or if it’s one they can expand on.

          • http://www.wrestlingnewsworld.com/ Kendra Bunyon

No clue what the plan might be. I haven’t looked, but the direction they’re going, I don’t see it fixed in 2 episodes.

          • David Jr.

The one thing I hope in the next 2 episodes is that at the end Dwight Hendrickson is still alive.
