WWE taped this week's edition of Smackdown tonight from the Sprint Center in Kansas City, Missouri. Below are full results:
* Chris Jericho comes out and talks about beating The Undertaker last week and says he will win the World Heavyweight Championship at Elimination Chamber on Sunday. Edge comes out and they confront one another. Edge spears Jericho to end the segment.
* Kane b. Dolph Ziggler. Drew McIntyre comes out after the match and takes out Kane.
* Backstage, Rey Mysterio cuts a promo and says he will win the World Heavyweight Championship at Elimionation Chamber.
* Cryme Tyme b. Caylon Croft & Trent Baretta
* John Morrison continues to sale his ankle "injury" in a backstage interview, says it won't keep him out of the Elimination Chamber match. R-Truth interrupts and says he is going to win the Chamber but tonight he and Morrison will beat CM Punk and Luke Gallows.
* The Straight Edge Society come out. Punk gets on the mic and says he will win the World Heavyweight Championship at Elimination Chamber on Sunday. This follows the tag match with Morrison and R-Truth. CM Punk & Luke Gallows vs. John Morrison & R-Truth ends in no contest. Match was restarted after the pyro went off. Morrison went to kick Punk but accidentally kicked the ring post and the referee called for the bell. After the match the Straight Edge Society beat up Morrison and R-Truth until Rey Mysterio come out and makes the save. Rey is no match as he gets overpowered and taken out. The Straight Edge Society pose with his limp body after the beating.
* Backstage, Teddy Long says he is going to discipline Shawn Michaels for superkicking him on Raw a couple of weeks ago. Mickie James comes in and Vickie Guerrero announces she will take on Michelle McCool next week with herself as the special guest referee. I assume the title will be on the line.
* The Hart Dynasty b. Matt Hardy, The Great Khali & Maria. Hardy was upset with Maria after the match which leads to a backstage argument about her letting their team down. Michelle McCool and Layla come in and make fun of them.
* Edge vs. Batista ends in no contest when Edge spears Batista and The Undertaker's gong hits and he appears in the ring. Undertaker takes out Edge then chases off Batista. Chris Jericho comes out and hits the Codebreaker on Edge. The Undertaker stares down Jericho as Jericho points to the World Title to end Smackdown.
