WWE Statement On Emma's Arrest For Shoplifting

WWE issued the following statement to WrestlingNewsWorld.com regarding the arrest of Emma:

“WWE is aware that Tenille Dashwood (WWE Diva Emma) was arrested for shoplifting. Ms. Dashwood is ultimately responsible for her personal actions.”

As we reported earlier here at WrestlingNewsWorld.com, Emma was arrested on Monday afternoon for stealing at a local Walmart in Hartford, Connecticut.  She was charged with 6th degree larceny, which in the state of Connecticut, is theft of less than $250.  The Australian Diva was released one hour and thirteen minutes after her arrest and was at this week's episode of Monday Night Raw.

There has to be more to this story. why in the hell would she steal? Hopefully she just forgot to scan something and the Walmart management decided to blow it out of proportion.

maybe shes a clepto, lol. Why does ANYONE steal?

      • Santa

I can see someone stealing if they can’t afford food or cloths. But I would like to believe wwe is paying her enough for her to buy these things. Not going to press judgment in till more info comes out.

        • Gary Robert

There’s an underlying psychological issue when it comes to stealing. Its not always about being able to to afford things. Celebrities who make a helluva lot more than Emma have been caught stealing random things they could easily pay for. That being said, how much do you think Emma actually makes? I don’t think its much.

at the end of the day, emma is RESPONSIBLE for her own actions wwe is her EMPLOYER. wwe is not her guardian or personal babysitter.

Not good, WWE already wasn’t happy with how her run was going. Now this happens, why do I have the creeping feeling she’s going to be next on the release list?

She’s going to be fired any day now
