Kobashi looks to have aged terribly.
Overcoming serious illness a few years back must have really done a number on him.
After his amazing recovery and in-ring comback he was never the same.
Poor man just looks so fragile now.

For a second I was thinking of the recently signed Kenta but realized it wasn’t in don’t follow Japanese wrestling.

As for Rollins and Reigns… I’m surprised wrestlers who are in amazing shape like that will put that stuff in their mouths. I mean I eat it burger and fries once in awhile but I’m not performing like them. I know the Sheild/former Sheild don’t show off too much skin in the ring but still.

As hard as they work out, they can eat whatever they want. They need the extra calories and carbs to replace what they burn off, I believe.

Eating whatever they want doesn’t work for everybody. A lot of them do keep a strict daily diet, while some give themselves a “cheat day” once a week. Then there are those who simply eat as much as possible and then lift/workout as much as possible…Bruno Sammartino and Ryback both fit into that category.

Every work out and diet regeim has 1 lazy day a week were they are meant to eat as fatty foods (not processed) to stock up on all the natural fats and salts you don’t get in the rest of the week

  • The Shockmaster

Kobashi rivals Flair, Michaels and Angle as the best in ring worker ever. All the people who’ve settled for the Super Cena™ mediocrity really don’t know what they’re missing.
Some classic Kobashi matches out there on YouTube.

Do Reigns and Rollins still travel together? Even after Seth’s heel turn?
