
Variety is reporting that WWE and Lionsgate are teaming up for two new films. The first is a reboot of “Leprechaun,” the 1993 horror pic that was one of the first starring roles for Jennifer Aniston. While there is currently no writer, director or cast attached to the project, it is set for a 2013 release. Details on the second film have not yet been determined.
Variety also reported on other upcoming projects by WWE Studios including “No One Lives,” starring Luke Evans and Brodus Clay, “Barricade,” starring Eric McCormack and “The Day.”
WWE teamed with Lionsgate before for “See No Evil” starring Kane and “The Condemned” starring Steve Austin.
