Zack Ryder - "I Knew I Was Either Going To Get Fired Or Get Noticed. I Got Noticed."

The Carroll County Times out of Maryland has a new article online featuring quotes from Zack Ryder. In it, he discusses the success of his online TV show and how he used to get on television. Below is an excerpt:

“I had nothing to lose; I was on a path to get released. What were they going to do? Fire me? Not put me on TV? I wasn’t on TV anyway,” Ryder said. “My life was going to change one way or the other.

“I knew I was either going to get fired or get noticed. I got noticed.”

When you got nothing to lose, swing for the fences and see what happens. At least we know they pay attention, unlike WCW back in the day when Jericho basically WAS the show but they just let him toil around in “mediocrity” until he hauled ass to Vin-Land.

"What are they going to do? Fire me?"

Asking that question seems to be the path to success in WWE these days…..

Hey he did exactly what he should've done! I mean plenty of people in this business I feel like sit back and whine, and while he wasn't happy where he was, he did something about it!
