Hi, I’m Justin Watry. You may remember me from such classic columns as “WWE WrestleMania 28: Sheamus Should Defeat Daniel Bryan in Less Than a Minute” and “WWE Should Send John Morrison Down to FCW Right Now.”
Today, I will be writing about WWE's upcoming year.

I wrote a 2016 TNA Impact Wrestling wishlist a few days ago. Here is my WWE version.
I wish for WrestleMania 32 to draw over 100,000 fan and break their live attendance record - This must happen. You do not go to Jerry World in Texas and be satisfied with 70,000 or 80,000 fans. If you go there, you have to be willing to completely sell out the building. By any means necessary. Whether that is thanks to The Rock, The Undertaker, the Dallas Cowboys, Ronda Rousey, or whoever. WWE has to have a packed house there for WM32, even if that means handing out 20,000 free tickets during the final days. Seriously. Get 100,000 people inside that stadium.
I wish John Cena makes the most of 2016 - For all intents and purposes, John Cena has taken a step back from the main event picture since 2010. Most of 2011 and 2012 featured CM Punk as WWE Champion on RAW. Most of 2013 centered around Randy Orton, Daniel Bryan. and The Shield rising. Then in 2014, Cena only became a short-term champ because of Bryan's injury. Otherwise, he would have never even touched the gold. Now, as we just saw in 2015, the man was nowhere near the WWE World Title. Instead reigned as United States Champion twice.
Long story short, it is just about that time for Hollywood to come calling and/or for John Cena to slow down a bit inside the squared circle. Maybe start a family or something? Age catches up with everybody - Even Cena. My hope is he makes the best of 2016 and tops his awesome 2015 year.
I wish Raw moves back to two hours - Yeah, yeah, yeah. I know the extra money is good and eve with a recent down turn, they are one of the most viewed shows on cable television. I know exactly what the counter argument is from WWE's point of view. We have heard this song and dance since the three hours began in July 2012. Regardless, the show is way too long and does more harm than good even with the few positives. The negatives will always be there and won't ever go away.
I wish for a women's main event on pay-per-view - I outlined this last month, so I will not cover all those bases again. Just know that the pieces are in place, and with the $9.99 price tag for the WWE Network, it is not even a huge hurdle to convince fans to shell out big money. It is 2015 (soon to be 2016). The days of needing a worthy main event every four weeks at a $60 price tag...that is over. The women are more than capable of holding up their end of the bargain, and I GUARANTEE they would deliver if given the chance to headline.
I wish Daniel Bryan and WWE make the best decision possible - If that means retiring due to safety concerns, then so be it. If that means getting back in the ring and ruling again, then so be it. Both sides need to get on the same page in 2016.
I wish the following names would get a bigger spotlight in 2016 - I tend to avoid "fantasy booking" and all that nonsense, but here are some wrestlers who could use a boost in the new year:
Alex Riley, Cesaro, Damien Sandow, Kalisto, Ryback, and Corey Graves
Obviously, there are others I could list, but those the guys who may often get overlooked or under rated. Graves, especially, has been a huge hit on the WWE Network. Take advantage of that guy's ability to talk.
I wish continued success for the WWE Network - What a great deal. What an amazing price point. What an excellent product. Every single wrestling fan alive should hope the WWE Network continues gaining new subscribers and becomes the biggest money maker in the world. Currently at 1.2 million subscribers, I would love to see that number move past the 1.5 million mark and closer to the 2 million range by 2017.
What is on YOUR WWE wishlist for 2016?
