Welcome back everyone to this week's Raw Cut! This is where we go over the Hits and Misses of Monday Night Raw! Shall we get to cutting?
The Ultimate Deletion Coming: After months of back and forth matches and segments, we are finally going to see the Hardy Compound's debut in WWE. Hopefully WWE will let Matt lead this, and I'm sure this will be a success. We might see the return of Vanguard 1 and Senior Benjamin. Who knows, many directions can be played into this. This feud has gone on way too far, I'm just ready for it to be deleted.
Finn Balor, Seth Rollins, and The Miz: I can see this being match of the night at WrestleMania for sure. Rollins is the Iron Man of WWE. Finn is the man that can work with anybody, and Miz is the pesky heel. The match will be wonderful to see. The 3 on 2 match was nice as well because the tension between Finn and Seth are getting there.
Bayley and Sasha: I love the tension between the two. It seems like Bayley is becoming the heel, while Sasha is staying face. It should be the other way around because Sasha is the natural heel, and Bayley is the natural face. The build of WrestleMania is shaping up!
Kurt Angle, Triple H, Stephanie McMahon, and Ronda Rousey: The match itself being scheduled at WrestleMania is fine with me, but the segment was overbooked in my opinion. Too much was going on. Ronda needs practice with her promos, and with the mic far away from her mouth, making it hard to hear her talk. Stephanie did good as usual, but then it worsened for me during the brawl between Kurt and Hunter. Missed punches thrown, just a mess in my eyes. I'm excited for the match, but the beginning of it started rocky.
Asuka Vs Nia Jax: Another week, another Nia and Asuka match. The best part of the match was the ending sequence of Asuka keeping the arm bar in tact for well over two minutes before Jax finally tapped out. It seems like we are going to be seeing a Nia face turn soon, maybe?
John Cena vs Goldust: If someone told me that we'd be seeing a Cena vs Goldust match in 2018, I would have laughed at you, and said yeah right. This was just odd. The entire thing with Cena coming out, discussing his upcoming FastLane match. Then we have Goldust interrupt him, and say he wants a match? Odd.
Brock Lesnar No-Show: Another week without the champion. I can't even say when the last time I saw Lesnar on television. It's been a while, I know that. Roman and Heyman can only go so far to hype their match for Mania, but Brock needs to be there. We are five weeks from WrestleMania, 33 days. WWE needs this.
