It was announced today that Ronda Rousey will be inducted into the UFC Hall of Fame’s Modern Wing as a member of the Class of 2018. She is also the first woman to be inducted into their Hall of Fame
Rousey was the first woman to sign with the UFC and made her debut in the Octagon at UFC 157 in February of 2013. As her five year career in MMA came to an end, she had a record of 12 wins, 2 losses.
She then signed with WWE early this year, making her debut match at WrestleMania 34, in a mixed tag team match involving Kurt Angle, Triple H, and Stephanie McMahon. Ronda is currently on the Raw brand, with an upcoming bout against Raw’s Women Champion Nia Jax at the Money in the Bank PPV for the Women’s Championship.
Congratulations to Ronda for all the accomplishments she has gathered over the course of her career thus far.
