Hulk Hogan On Smaller Events Over WM29 Weekend, Says Aces & 8s Storyline Is Being Written Backwards

Josh Stewart from Newsday has a new article online featuring quotes from Hulk Hogan. The piece is done to promote "Hulk Hogan: Uncensored," an event on Saturday during Wrestlemania 29 weekend where Hogan, Eric Bischoff and Dave Penzer will host a Q&A with fans at the Beacon Theatre in Manhattan. The night prior, TNA Wrestling will run a live event from the NYCB Theatre in Westbury.

Hogan is asked if these events make he and TNA small in comparison to WWE running in Madison Square Garden and MetLife Stadium. Below is an excerpt with Hogan's response:

“Oh, my God, brother, that whole WWE is a monster,” Hogan responds, reminding despite being a decade old, TNA is still in its relative infancy compared with the competition. “That’s a whole other universe, a whole other entity.”

When asked about Aces and Eights and how it will be different from the new World order in WCW, Hogan responded by saying the storyline is being written backwards.

“Well, there’s a plan ... Long term is that we actually have people writing backwards -- you know, from two years out backwards, or a year backwards, or six months out backwards. So they do have direction instead of a week-to-week situation.”
