TMZ has picked up on the horrific bump that Jeff Hardy took at Friday night's TNA Lockdown taping in New York City. They report that Hardy was knocked out cold and will see a specialist for further evaluation.

It's our top story for Saturday as Jeff Hardy was legitimately injured off a bad bump off the top of the steel cage door in a match taped for TNA's Lockdown themed episode of Impact Wrestling that will air on February 6, 2015. We have complete taping results for the show at this link.
An Instagram video of the bump was sent to us just after 1 AM EST on Saturday morning. We posted it later in the morning at this link but will also include it below:
There was legitimate concern for Jeff's health backstage, as Tommy Dreamer, who worked the tapings as an agent, Tweeted this:

Jeff's brother, Matt Hardy, provided the following update on Saturday:
Jeff's wife, Beth, confirmed on social media they were home in North Carolina and she was taking care of him. We provided her update at this link.
Jeff was not scheduled to go on TNA's tour of the United Kingdom later this month, however, his prognosis is not known at press time.
