Kurt Angle's brother David has been charged with homicide after his wife was found dead in their home on Sunday morning. The Pittsburgh Post-Gazette reports that David Angle, 62, is being held at Allegheny County Jail awaiting arraignment on the homicide charge.

Dormont police and paramedics responded at 6:24 AM to the 1000 block of Peermont Avenue for report of a domestic disturbance and a woman not breathing. There they found Donna Angle, 57, unresponsive on the floor of the living room. She was transported to St. Clair Hospital where she was pronounced dead at 7:13 AM.

"Due to the situation Kurt would appreciate if you can honor his family's request for privacy at his difficult time," Dave Hawk, the manager of Kurt Angle, said in a text message to the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette.

David told police that he and his wife had an argument at 3 AM in their living room over some vodka. When she tried to kick him, David claimed he restrained her by putting his foot on her chest and pulling. He couldn't recall for how long but said it was not for munites. When she became unconscious, he tried to revive her before calling 911.

An autopsy was scheduled for Sunday.
