There's a lot behind this story, and I'm sure more details will surface in the coming days. Matt is currently holding the TNA Tag Team Championship with brother Jeff Hardy, who is also likely gone from the company, but has not yet commented. The company will tape the latest set of television this week, so it'll be interesting to see how this situation is handled.

New reports surfaced today that The Hardys were not happy with the contents of the new contracts that were recently offered.

Impact, while under the new leadership of Anthem, Jeff Jarrett, Dutch Mantell, and others, will have to rebuild their top talent as The Hardys and Drew Galloway were key figures last year.
