MVP Injures Knee Overseas, Unable To Work On Saturday Night

MVP suffered a knee injury Friday night in the United Kingdom while working for Preston City Wrestling. The injury occurred during a spot outside of the ring where he limped to the back.

While the severity of the injury is unknown, he did not work on Saturday night for PCW. Instead, he came out on crutches and announced to the crowd that x-ray results were inconclusive and that he would have to undergo an MRI.

MVP hasn't mentioned the injury on Twitter but did write on Sunday that he was in Amsterdam. The following is from Twitter:

If the injury is serious, it could have disastrous consequences. MVP is scheduled to challenge Eric Young for the TNA Championship at Slammiversary on June 15, 2014.
