Report: Bully Ray Doesn't Expect To Be Back For TNA Wrestling

Mike Johnson of PWInsider.com is reporting that Bully Ray informed talent at Sunday's TNA live event in Hagerstown, Maryland that he doesn't expect to be back for the company.

This sounds eerily familiar to Bully Ray's situation with TNA a couple of years ago. In September 2012, Ray's TNA contract had expired and the belief was he had rejected contract extensions the company offered him at a lower rate.

Bully Ray Tweeted the following back then:

Believe none of what you hear and only half of what you see.Things are about to get interesting

While there could be some posturing involved here, TNA has been asking workers to take dramatic pay cuts from previous agreements. Examples of talent that have departed over the course of the last year include the likes of Hulk Hogan, Sting and AJ Styles. All three were asked to take significant pay cuts and refused.

Hogan and Sting have gone on to work for WWE in various capacities, while Styles has gone the independent and international route.

Bully Ray will remain on TNA television throughout next month as all of that programming is in the can. You can catchup with taping results at this link.
