The hearing with Scott Steiner and TNA Wrestling scheduled to take place on 10/26 in Nashville has been postponed until 11/30.
TNA filed a lawsuit against Steiner for posting disparaging remarks about the company as well as Hulk Hogan and Eric Bischoff on Twitter. Steiner filed a countersuit, claiming the company failed to provide accounting on royalties owed to him as well as non-payment of royalties.
TNA filed a motion to dismiss the countersuit because of a clause in Steiner’s contract that would require him to inform them of a possible contract breach and allow thirty days to fix it before filing litigation.
We noted of internal concern in TNA over Steiner’s countersuit due to issues revealed here.
