It appears that Tito Ortiz's status with TNA Wrestling has changed. While he stated in a promotional interview with Cageside Seats that he was coming back to TNA in August or September, he's now contradicted that claim. Ortiz told Submission Radio his main focus was on fighting and spoke of his relationship with Dixie Carter in past tense.
Below is an excerpt the show sent us:
“My home at TNA was great. They treated me really well. Dixie Carter was really, really good to me.”
“During the time I was there I got a chance to meet Hulk Hogan. I was really happy with that, but I mean either WWE either TNA, but I mean right now my main career is fighting. I mean I love to fight and that’s what I wanna do. That’s with Bellator.”

Richard Reacts: These comments are significant for a number of reasons but none more significant than it looking more and more like Spike TV/TNA are in the final months of their partnership. Remember, Spike owns Bellator and was using TNA to help cross promote the brands. Rampage Jackson, another Bellator fighter, said he'd never go back to TNA and now, Ortiz seems to be finished as well. There will be an interesting situation with Bobby Lashley if Spike TV and TNA do part ways at the end of the year, as he's another star working for both promotions.
