Renee Young welcomes us to the Elimination Chamber Kickoff, alongside Booker T, Sam Roberts, and Carmella. Meanwhile, Dasha Fuentes is in the Social Media Lounge, where she announces that Becky Lynch will be joining her later on during the Kickoff for a live Q&A. Use #AskBecky to send in questions.

The first match up for discussion is Alexa Bliss vs. Naomi for the Smackdown Women's Championship. Roberts says the WWE Universe is feeling the glow. Carmella posits that Mickie James might get involved. Roberts and Booker pick Naomi to win whereas Carmella picks Alexa Bliss to retain.

The conversation moves to Randy Orton vs. Luke Harper. Booker says this is personal to Harper, who feels boxed out from his own family. Carmella starts yawning and asks for a coffee. Booker and Carmella pick Orton to win, but Roberts picks Harper.

The discussion of the Tag Team Turmoil Match for the Smackdown Tag Team Championships is up next. Booker says American Alpha's advantage is that they're the youngest team, so they don't know any better. Roberts says that challenging the whole roster at once is a bold move, perhaps too bold. Renee and Booker pick The Usos to win. Roberts picks The Ascension. Carmella says she wants to talk about Breezango.

Nikki Bella vs. Natalya is the next topic for discussion. Renee hypes how personal this rivalry has become. Carmella says Natalya is delusional, and reminds the panel that she started all of this. James Ellsworth interrupts and says he got two Skybox tickets to watch the show. Carmella is disinterested, but she says it's better than hanging out with the panel any longer. She and Ellsworth depart. Roberts and Booker pick Natalya to win.

Dolph Ziggler vs. Kalisto and Apollo Crews is up next for the panel to discuss. Booker asked Apollo what's been holding him back, and he thinks it's Dolph Ziggler. Booker says this match, as a 2-on-1 affair, is a no-brainer. Booker and Renee pick Kalisto & Apollo. Sam picks Ziggler.

At the Social Media Lounge, Dasha is joined by Becky Lynch. The first question asks if she's excited to disarm Mickie James. She says she'd like to disarm both arms tonight. The next question asks who she'd like to team up with, past or present. Becky says Shawn Michaels because he's The Heartbreak Kid, and she's The Armbreak Kid. Also, he's the one who retired Ric Flair, and Ric helped Charlotte beat Becky for the title, so there's unfinished business there. The next question asks if she has watched any earlier Mickie James matches to prepare for tonight. She says of course she has. Mickie cost her the championship, so Becky's road back to the championship starts tonight, by slapping Mickie back to the past.

Back at the panel, Booker ribs JBL for tripping while making his entrance during the commercial break. Returning to the topic of Becky vs. Mickie, Roberts says Mickie has beaten Hall of Famers, so she has the experience edge. Booker picks Becky, but Sam picks Mickie James.

The Smackdown announce team is at ringside as Curt Hawkins makes his way to the ring, followed by Mojo Rawley.

  • Mojo Rawley b. Curt Hawkins by pinfall after a running right hook and a tilt-a-whirl slam.

Back at the panel, the conversation moves to the Elimination Chamber Match for the WWE Championship. Booker picks AJ Styles to win. Roberts picks The Miz. Renee closes the show by hyping the main event implications for the winner of the Elimination Chamber Match tonight.
