Urijah Faber Defeats Brad Pickett In Retirement Fight

Urijah Faber defeated Brad Pickett in his final professional fight at UFC on Fox 22 in his home city of Sacramento, California on Saturday night.

Faber nearly got the fight stopped with a strong left hook in the first round but the fight ended up going the distance.

Judges scored the fight 30-26, 30-26, 30-26 to give Faber the win by unanimous decision. Faber retires with a professional record of 34-10.

After the fight, Faber thanked everyone and said he’s going to do big things in the future. He thanked the Sacramento crowd, who went crazy for him throughout the night. Faber said he stayed focused by staying realistic and feeling the love. He said retirement is a surreal feeling but he’s ready to move forward and do some big things.
